" Two drifters off to see the world... there's such a lot of world to see...". Johnny Mercer's lyrics brillntly capture the human yearning for adventure . The " heart breaker" and " dream maker" is the river....a perfect metaphor for the edddies of life, that can carry us to unforeseen destinations, both lovely and heart breaking. Written in 1961, this song will forever remind me of my childhood and my mother singing along with this song.

Yeah, my dad used to play this on my mom's piano in the winter when the doldrums rang its wind and snow. The neighbors loved it too. This group here is very special.
