Hey! I just purchased your block of pate and it is in the tool box waiting for a stage 1. Would it Hurt anything to run this plate without exaust, intake and tuner?
Love all your videos with in depth and detailed installations. Seen in this video you relocated the ignition. Did you make a video on that? Looking to re-route my ignition sonic can install a Trail Tech GPS.
Yes I used a blowtorch and a hot socket on the end of an extension to poke a hole. Very fast and easy. Watch the video where I installed the Renthal Raptor Bend handlebars
@@trailblogger Thanks brother I appreciate it, love your videos man. Keep up the good work. I have been copying you with all the mods and I just ordered my ais also from cuervo racing. I have a 2020 and it's poppin like crazy
@@trailblogger Good morning ,hey quick question, what air intake should I do for the quad? I did the ecu flash but it's still popping but I'm running the stock air filter smh
They are really nice on the straights but im not used to the cornering. Could be me or they could need professional adjustment. The need to carry a pump for adjustments is kind of a pain.
here it is, thank you for letting me know it was broken www.ebay.com/itm/MADE-IN-USA-Yamaha-700-Raptor-Cuervo-POP-STOP-AIS-BLOCK-OFF-TEST-PLATE-2015-20/274444309264
a slight pop is ok but these things come tuned very lean from the factory which can make them run hotter than needed and it is already 110F here in the summer. Adding more fuel to richen the mixture with a proper tune helps make the bike run smoother. the AIS injects extra air into the system. I don't care so much about the pop as I do about it running correctly. backfires can be a sign of too much fuel or not enough fuel in some cases

Great video and nice bike!! I have a 2014 raptor 700 and it’s always pulls to the right, could it be the tire pressure ? And also I here a clicking noise coming from the right front tire. Any guess what the problem might be
