Ingredients :
Brownie layer(布朗尼层):
150g dark chocolate (黑巧克力)
60g butter (牛油)
60g brown sugar (黄糖)
2 large eggs (鸡蛋)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence (香草精)
50g plain flour (普通面粉)
70g toasted walnuts (烘香核桃)
Cheese layer (芝士层):
400g cream cheese (奶油芝士)
95g caster sugar (细砂糖)
3 eggs (鸡蛋)- grade A
2 tbsp corn flour (玉米粉)
150ml whipping cream (动物性鲜奶油)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
I love this recipe because the brownies is less sugar so it's not too sweet. Perfect for my taste. Very easy to make this. Thank you.

Hi, instead the regular flour may I use almond flour or coconut flour?
used this recipe and added matcha to the cream cheese and it's good. it was just a bit sweet for me even though I added a little less than 1/2 cup sugar. Thanks for the recipe!!
You mean you add a total less than 100g/125g (1/2 cup) of sugar in the recipe but it's still too sweet for you?

I tried this recipe with a 7-inch springform round pan and it works well too.. just that the cheesecake batter maybe can reduce a little if not overflow.. :P
The brownie taste good! I thought the sugar was a little less compared to other recipes (always >200g~400g) but it seems sufficient to create this good taste!
Instead of the plain flower could you use all purpose flour?
I tried 50 gms sugar with 100gm cream cheese and felt it was very sweet. So I guess 25 gm sugar for 100gm cream.cheese should be right

My verdict
1. The cheesecake layer 90 mins is too long. Tht layer became over cooked and not creamy like a cheesecake is supposed to be. I baked 2nd time only for 60 mins until the centre is almost set.. like baking a NY cheesecake..
2. 3rd attempt I added a biscuit layer.. and its yums

或者前半段时间先低温度,后半高温度

الكريمة: 400 غ كريمة الجبن..95 غ سكر عادي...3بيضات ..ملعقتان اكل نشاء الذرة...150غ كريمة الخفق...نصف ملعقة عصير ليمون...نأخذ القليل من الكريمة ونضيف لها ملعقة كاكاو...والى الفرن لمدة 90 دقيقة
