Do you need to start up the engine when we're testing them?

Hello, I get the error code P1384/$180 AF110, The mechanic tells me that it could be the pressure sensor of the diesel pump or some injector, do you think that by changing the heaters I can solve the problem?
The heaters check well, only some have a negative pogo, but it says they are fine. The car is a Honda civic 2.2. Thanks for your video!!!

Well... my Honda starts way slower, like 4 turnover of the engine, with stable 900 RPM on idle... that idle speed seems normal for diesel, when comparing it to VW engines... is that normal?
