Hello, plug #2 is obviously dead and will need replacement.
A new healthy plug will have a resistance of 0.5-1.0 oms out of the engine.
When the same plug its testbed in the engine like in this video it can show 1-5 oms.
Did you test the plugs after getting out to see if the readings were different? 🤔

    Hello.
Thank you very much for your video.
    One question please:
I need to change them. But I can buy 4 glow plugs of 0,5 ohm-s or 1 ohm-s.
    Which one is better???
    1 ohm???
0,5 ohm??? These are cheaper, almost half price than the 1 ohm-s.
    Thank you very much.
    Have a nice day.

Would you expect to see 12 v at the leads with ignition on but not running.?

All those glow plugs with undrr 5- 6 oms is actually fine. You said they are dead but they are perfectly fine. Only 1 which is dead and needs changing

I have a honda civic 2.2 diesel mk8 07. I'm getting a fault code of p1030, the 30amp just type fuse is blowing on fuse 23 pre fuel heater and have pmg-fi on the dash. Should I be checking the glow plugs and relay. Thanks

I'm hopeful I'll get a reply today , might you be interested in replyi g to me ,
Could you please happen to know , I've got a Honda civic mk8 2007 2.2 diesel , battery was checked last year , it gave 12v at the time , therefore should be just fine ,
For a while now it has started to "struggle" to start , especially on cold, which I found out it might be from the plugs , will it be worth cleaning them or , just test them see their resistance and maybe change them if needed , car drives just fine ( it mght be me seems a bit weaker than before ) but has a quite rough start
    Much apreciated ,
