    Did you know: you can put Vaseline on your cuticles and they will grow fast!! Also, you can use olive oil and put it in a bowl and let your nails soak in there for about 5-10 minutes so...yhea!! Bye

    I use coconut oil or avocado oil on my hands and nails and it truly makes my nails stronger. Also years ago I was a nail biter and the way I stopped was over one summer, one nail at a time on each hand starting with the pinky nail. My thumbs were the last to stop and I eventually did!

    Very true about the diet. My nails have not grown at all in over 6 years. Like not a joke I dont have to cut them because they just stay the same(toe nails too). Turns out ny nurtients and vitamins were VERY bad. Extremely anemic (had to get infusions) and my ferritin levels were also low (protein that stores and distrubutes Iron), my B was low and my D was super low too. Balanced diet and checking your levels..sooo important ❤❤

      @@blessed9491 Unfortunately my levels still continue to be low. Even with adding lean red meats and greens. I seem to have something else wrong that is causing me not to absorb the nutrients even when taken or eaten. I do hope others can fix their issues with the addition of a daily vitamin that includes iron and vitamin C (the C helps the bkdy absorb the iron better) as well as eating more red meats and leafy greens💗

I really think that this happened because of those medicine but idk you guys tell if you have any idea thankss❤❤

      Do your homework on what foods to eat to get your hormones where they should be. A lot of women have really good luck going keto or carnivore. Stay away from pills whenever possible!!
      Nails- Oil them 2-3 times a day. Keep them filed in a shape that's durable (round or rounded corners works best). Focus on getting them strong before worrying about growing them out.
      Hair- RainCountry and many others gave tutorials on making your own vinegar rinses (does not stink!!) and other such hair/body care stuff. KatherineSewing and many others have tutorials on similar, as well as protective hairstyles and such. Invest in a wooden comb and boar bristle brush. Figure out what kind of hair you have (fine or coarse, low or high porosity, straight, wavy, or curly, etc) and play around with different things until you find what works for YOU. It will take time and patience but it'll be worth it 😊
      Hope that helps. Good luck, internet stranger ❤

      U shouldn’t really cut ur cuticles as they protect ur nail bed and cutting them makes ur nails dry which can cause breaking just of another video I watched a dermatologist but idk just what I heard but I really don’t know perhaps research into it I leave mine alone and they seem to grow nice but seriously everyone different so just see what’s best for u x

    What tip would give for peeling nails (my toe nails also peel)? I really can't get rid of it.I feel like I'm not getting any results. I use cuticle oil and use a strengthening base coat with some hair and nail vitamins.
    If anyone has any tips, I would be so grateful

    • @katie7748
      @katie7748 7 месяцев назад

      Fix your diet. You probably need to increase your meat intake, especially red meat. We (as a whole) don't get nearly enough protein. And not all protein is created equal. Getting plenty of the right vitamins n minerals is important. Again, meat can help with this but so can a variety of other foods.

    Nail Hardner isn’t that good for you because it keeps your nail hard till it breaks. It’s gonna snap versus but if you use the right stuff and you make your nails kind of flexible. It’s less likely to break.
