I'd love to, though BMW doesn't currently build their press fleet SUVs with tow packages. I can certainly request it but can't make any short-term promises.
@OutMotorsports - you can have the gauge cluster display rpm while in comfort mode if you scroll through the content menus for the displays using the steering wheel buttons. Not a fan of % power display, so glad there is alternative to sport mode to get a tachometer
2:30 the B58 only has 1 turbo which is probably a good thing for maintenance and durability. I’m curious if on this new iDrive you finally get Waze driving directions on the heads up display. I think that may be an Apple CarPlay limitation but they should fix it. On my 2020 I only get Apple Maps directions on the HUD through CarPlay as well as the built in nav ones in the rare event I use it.
Oops, sorry for the slip-up. I should know better given I uh... own a B58 🙃 Long day. The only maps/directions that you get on the HUD are Apple Maps if using CarPlay. That's an Apple limitation and is the same across all brands, not just BMW. Would be nice to get Waze or Google Maps but I suspect Apple is intentionally limiting that capability to push more users to their app.
When will you be doing a towing review with the X5 and maybe compare it to the Audi Qs7 you reviewed?
