- My 800HP Dodge Magnum Hell Redeye swap is finally back! Creating the ultimate wagon in just 24 days was not easy. Unfortunately it met a wicked end by having its clutch fail at the race the entire build was for. Thankfully ACT Clutch stepped in and decided to help us save this absolute riot of a sleeper wagon. In our opinion it's the best sounding Hellcat engine we've ever heard - what do you guys think? Let's get into it.

The EPS ON THE HELLCAT IS A TWO PART SYSTEM, IT HAS THE POWER STEERING RACK AND AN ELECTRIC MOTOR CONNECTED TO THE STEERING WHEEL.

I genuinely wanna see a clean street car build of this thing, something about a Hellcat wagon is just the coolest thing! Almost makes me sad we never got to see an official one from dodge...

Do a charger front end swap on that magnum, it’ll really bring it up to date, and if you really want to stir things up, you should upgrade the interior with the new charger/challenger dash and interior pieces
Hopefully there’s a trashed or stolen charger/challenger out there to find those parts

Doesn’t even actually have to be a hellcat, can just be any charger for the interior pieces

Yeah ACT has always been a go-to for reliable clutches. Since the early 2000's
wanna definitely see more of it, get some hell-cat/ widebody wheels for it and the original magnum srt-8 hood and front bumper for it, great job with it sounds beastly
You know there was only 240 SRT8 build 2008, what has different hood than other models? And if you find one, prices for hood are around 3-5k $ ja front bumper 2-3k $. 2006-2007 SRT8 has same hood as STX, R/T etc.

Im jk but in all seriousness tho David Im proud of where this build has come and I cant imagine how stressful it was when things started to break down AND the fact that its not where you want it to be at because it was kind of a rush rush project. I have Anxiety and that would drive me insane to get it like perfect perfect, but take your time with the build. She sounds meann!!

I would definitely want more Magnum content. You need to show the process of making it street legal again, since most of fhe feature went away with your dash.
Maybe you can get some feedback from Junkyard Dave. He has done a Hellcat swap on his Magnum, and his biggest project is converting a Hellcat Charger into a Hellcat Magnum with Jeep Trackhawk all wheel drive powertrain.

The dodge magnum ECU is called a PCM and I still have one from my 2008 dodge charger if you want it you can have it. I live in Georgia and I was at couple of your meets years ago in the good ol days.
This is probably my favorite build of yours...it might not be practical to keep it with you already having another 4 cars but I'd love it if you kept it around.
