I'm fascinated by those 'twiddle' phrases Marla plays right at the start. Never heard that done with this tune before! Thanks for filming, Raoul. By the way, although we all love to heap well-deserved praise on Marla, Chloe and Haruka, I think the point is worth making that Molly, Julie and Dizzy make up an absolutely terrific rhythm section, powering everything along. What a band! (I couldn't spot the point at which Molly's string broke. Was it almost at the very end?)
I agree, the rhythm section is the important part of the whole band and is often overlooked, timing is precise and tight, a veritable bridge for the stars at the front.(speaking as a retired drummer LOL!)
The broken string episode is near to the end of this number but it didn't stop Molly playing with the other five! The official video then shows Molly telling the audience that there would be a short delay while she fitted a replacement string. Someone in the band, Marla, I think, decided to time Molly who fitted the string quickly then found it wouldn't tune properly. She had fitted the wrong size of string, but still managed to get it roughly into tune. What a professional!

I absolutely agree about the rhythm section. Excellent!
Agreed on all points. This was my fav of what they played that day. Great fun.
