I just started a new job where I literally walk all day long and lift heavy stuff. The job, I really like, but standing all day kills my poor feet. This session was the perfect ending to my seemingly neverending walking. Thanks so much!! God bless!

I started running this week, and my feet and legs are very tired. I do have strength in them because I do ballet, but running is very different from ballet, so it tires my whole body. This really helped for me feet and legs. Thank you! :)
Hi Lesley, great class as usual! Happy to hear your dad is doing better. I have a wish for a yoga class. In two weeks, the 14th, I have my Phd dissertation and I will be a doctor! ( in biomaterials for cartilage repair ) I will also leave 6 years of living and studying in Spain, and a few days later move back home to Sweden. I wonder if you could do a yoga class that I could do the evening before my Phd presentation, cause I will be full of everything and will really need to focus, de-stress and everything at once and a yoga class will be the perfect way to spend hours before the big moment. I am also nervous for the actual moving home thingy, the flight, all changes etc so I could also need some good relaxation practice. Thank you, I really would appreciate it!

CJ T Thank you! Hmmmm....I wonder if the ankles are the culprit? I think that if you can keep the outer edge of your back foot grounded down in Warrior 2, you should be able to o it in side plank too. Try practicing with lifting your hips as much as you can...engage your low belly muscles firmly and see if you can lift up a little higher in order to ground that bottom foot. I'll play around with it too and see if I can come up with a video. :-)
Great Video!!OK question? Walking around at work all day never bothered me. But standing on a stand-up forklift all day is wrecking my legs..any sugestions what I can do while at work. Flexing,Micro-stretches?? any info-appreciated
Any kind of movement would be good. Try to avoid standing statically too long. Little squats. Lifting the leg to the side and then to the other side. Malasana. :)
I needed this after sitting and doing graphic design all day and dealing with what can only be described as a ridiculously difficult person. So irritated I cannot even workout but this out me in calmer tones so I can now meditate. I really need cardio but my mind just doesn't have it today. Maja Bubanj Yes, as long as your doctor says it's okay for you to practice. Instead of cobra and chatturanga, do cat and cow on all fours. Keep your feet hips distance apart when standing or sitting while folding forward and no deep twists. When we're in supta virasana, don't go all the way down onto your back. You can put a pile of pillows or yoga blankets behind your back and lie back onto them. If you have any doubts about any of the poses, check with your doctor.

my right knee is killing me I can't practice yoga and Dr is now allowing me to bend it, any advise?
Rest. Don’t do yoga till your knee feels better.

I mostly just do yoga. Sometimes I hike or lift some weights but mostly yoga. And I try to eat healthy.
This is really good but a little bit too much too understand and form correct posture just by listening.
