Loved the sequence, the hip openings felt great and loved the pace of it. Wonderful for being a super short class! Thanks for having the option to do full-splits as well as including a short savasana, even though it was a mini-class. For me personally it feels wierd to not end with savasana.. cuz thats the yoga-end of a yoga class..lol.. it kinda completes the practice - summing it all up and gives it the yoga-feel at the end that I adore. I've said that before, but I really love how you take time to include savasana no matter how short your sequence is... yum! And that you let the camera roll during savasana, in each of your videos (you even finish with a closing procedure afterwards, which makes savasana included in the sequence, just as it "should be")!! Finding it so odd that alot of yoga intructors/yoga-video-makers consider savasana as an exception.. but it's also a pose.. and it's supposed to be a longer held pose.. no other long held poses (for example in yin yoga) are cut off by the video makers (with exceptions), at least not as frequently as savasana is .. meanwhile it's always "highly recommended" by ALL teachers to do savasana for "at least 5-7 minutes".. same tendency in the videos done by the large online yoga websites... This fascinates me :D So Triple-Yay for Fightmaster Yoga!!! :D

this was amazing !! its very relaxing too !! great job . also one suggestion - in namaste the fingers should not have gap between them thats how we do it in india and yoga also teaches us that . pls do see to that .
PERFECT!! I love this as my quick morning start! One question about splits though; you glide into them on your mat but my mat is sticky so I struggle unless I put socks on but then I would slide in other poses where I wouldn't want to. Am I missing something when it comes to a proper mat? I just bought a new one so maybe they "soften" up with time?

Hi Nicki, I'm so glad you enjoyed this video! That's a great question. I'm not sure if there are any documented benefits for reproductive health through stretching, but I do know that from an energetic standpoint, it makes sense to stretch and move the hips so that they stay strong and flexible. I would imagine that stagnant energy in places would be counterproductive to reproductive health, so keep moving!
May I ask please, is it ok to make a break between yoga classes? (1 break in shorter, 2 or so in longer), and return to them later on the same day or not if no time? My schedule is pretty tight, I am wondering if this 5-10min workout is still beneficial, or since it is a part of the whole practice it should not be divided? thank you

Practicing yoga 5-10 everyday is much better than doing a 1 hour practice once a week. :)
