    If our press is not a 20x30, can we press half of the glass at a time without chancing burn?

  • @harlemmack9
    @harlemmack9 3 года назад

    How long do you press? Seems like this would be important.

    • @condesystems
      @condesystems  3 года назад +1

      The time it takes to press varies greatly on the size of glass you are pressing. Depending on what product you order you can check our website for the complete product instructions, the time you need will be there.

    @Condé Hello! I loves these and purchased several in smaller sizes; but haven’t tried them yet. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Well, I have a request for one and I was wondering if the picture was a smaller size and doesn’t fill the whole glass panel will the uncovered area remain with a frosted look? I hope that makes sense. Thank you for your time and help! ~Pam

      Hello Pam! Great question!!! Yes the unsublimated area will remain frosted.

    Is there glass that is more opaque? When I tried these, the photo was very see through, unless I'm doing something wrong. Yours looks a lot more opaque.

      Hello Barbara! Thank you for watching and supporting our videos! There definitely should be some opaque to your ColorLyte glass, they have a slightly "frosted" look to them. It is hard to say what could be going wrong with yours without further information. Please email a few pictures to our technical support at Support@conde.com and they will take excellent care of you!

      I've never had a problem with them being very see through. I would first make sure you were sublimating on the correct side as the "frosted" side of the glass is more opaque to help the image show through

      @@condesystems I did print on the frosted side. I'll have to give it another try. Thank you.

    Looking into buying a printer for sublimation. Nothing huge. I’m just starting out. What do you guys recommend? Planned on making ornaments at first.

      Sorry for the late response. If you're just starting small a SG500 would be a good starter printer. If you see yourself scaling up soon then I would get a SG1000. It would be more expensive at first but you would be able to run off bigger prints/paper for more product options.
