Bagus, eating Nasi Lemak at local spot.. The scenery n surrounding got that traditional "kampung" vibes, very nice 💕
Welcome to west malaysia friends....from sarawak and sabah...East malaysia borneo🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾🇲🇾 we are pleased you are enjoying the nasi lemak first time.
3:16 Yes "Teh O" means tea without milk. Likewise "Kopi O" means coffee without milk. Any beverage said with "O" means zero or no milk.
Another useful tip to know is the level of sweetness. The default - nothing said - means sweet. "Kurang manis" means less sweet. "Kosong" (literally means nothing) indicates no sugar at all.
Examples :
1. Kopi - coffee with milk and sugar
2. Kopi O - coffee with sugar but without milk
3. Kopi O kosong - coffee without milk and without sugar
4. Kopi O kurang manis - coffee without milk and with reduced sugar
You're a life saver, thank you!!
@@DodoExplorers You're welcome 🤗. Enjoy your stay in Malaysia 🇲🇾
Malaysia, nice country, nice people 💖 the food looks delicious and energetic. I've been seen before that Michael don't like to waste food. it's a good character trait. too much rice make me sleepy too. now you need a strong tea or coffee.
Welcome2 to Malaysia. Pls enjoy the weather, food, culture n meeting people fm different backgrounds.
this tip for newbie to malaysia or south east asia hehe,, for easy enjoy malaysia food or mostly south east asia food use spoon to eat rather than fork that how malaysian use to it, because fork are to small to grab the food and enjoy it hehe happy try ya
lemak has 2 meanings fat & creamy taste. many people literally just translate "nasi lemak" as "fatty rice" but it's more toward's "creamy rice" as coconut milk has creamy taste.
Yup this is the actual meaning, not fatty rice, fatty would've been gemuk, so nasi gemuk.
Can also call Coconut Rice
pls tell them to less sugar if u dont like to drink sweet.Hope u enjoy in Malaysia.
Welcome to Malaysia , enjoy our different cultures, food n hot weather.
Micheal, you should try nasi lemak in every state. Different state has different taste bud so it will be different. Gigi cant handle the spiciness of the sambal...🤣🤣🤣...
IT'S MALAYSIA TIME!!
and the intro was beautiful as heaven!
Thank you dear 🤗
the term ''lemak'' can mean several thing.. it can mean fatty or creamy.. coconut milk is very high in fat//oil Hench its classified as lemak.. a milk shake is also very lemak.. i hope all Malaysian takes this into consideration when explaining to foreigner what lemak means..
We prefer to eat nasi lemak for breakfast coz it's a simple dish. For lunch we eat lots more variety of dishes buffet style.

Thank you 🥰!
Love all the background sound of the video..Done subscribe..Can't wait for your next video..By the way welcome to Malaysia and happy explore making nice memory's
Thank you so much 🥰
You guys should use a spoon to eat rice and cut food, while a fork to pick up something like that cucumber. It's easier to use both of them 😁
Very nice sharing 👌
love from india 🇮🇳🙏
Welcome to Malaysia and I hope you enjoy your time here
Thank you!! 🥰
You got it right for the 'tea O' (locally known as Teh O). Literally, 'O' refers to coffee, Milo (chocolate drink) without sweetened milk. Another point to ponder: the ordinarily looking stall could be a hot spot for food hunters.
It may shock you guys of how heavy a breakfast can be in Malaysia😆 as you know, in the past Malaysia are agriculture country which most of the people are consist of farmer so they need food with high protein and carb for the energy because as you already know that Malaysia are a country with hot and humid weather so the energy consumption are no jokes so that's one of the reason why the breakfast are so heavy and now it become part of the customs😆
❤️❤️
Ok. This makes me hungry!😀 Looks really nice.
Shalom, Salam, Peace. Wonderful To See A Broad Minded Couple, Discovering The World.
My first time visit your channel, i'm glad that you like the Nasi Lemak, its a energy food, perfect combination with 'Teh Tarik' hot or cold.
It is sooo good!!
The only way to eat nasi lemak or rice dishes is to mix all or most of the ingredients in a single scoop , not eat the items separately.
Yess...
i love music background... so malay tradisional hahhaha...
For Nasi Lemak U mix it all together and here in Asia when u eat any rice always use the spoon to scoop the rice, not the fork 🤣
Thank you! 😊
I missed Nasi lemak with beef rendang 😋😋😋👍🤗
Hope you enjoyed your Nasi Lemak in Malaysia. Cheers!
I like ro watch you eating nasi lemak. It looks like you really enjoyed the meal

Yeah why Gigi doesn’t eat and finish all the sambal and nasi ? Speaking like an expert 🤣🤣🤣
the power of the nasi lemak is based on its “sambal” different places different tastes of sambal. the colour is same red but the tastes is different.

Nasi (NOT Nazi 🤣) lemack is one of breakfast items in Malaysian culture, contents rice cooked with coconut milk, peanut, fried small fish ( ikan bilis), fried eggs (tello goreng) and chilli paste with sugar (sambal),, still miss that food. Food and living cheaper than that in Singapore indeed.
It's yummy!!
nasi lemak is our malaysian pride

Aku Dah berapa Kali tegur bila pekerja pekerja di Restaurant Atau Gerai Makan ni Bila nak bersihkan meja , mereka sapu Atau bersihkan meja Itu Dengan menjatuhkan sisa Makanan ke bawah meja .Penuh sisa sisa Makanan Di bawah meja Dan dipijak oleh orang Dan meleket di kasut. Is is is Ia sangat mengotorkan Dan menjijikkan pada ku. Mentaliti Org Malaysia Masih mundur lagi.
Sepatut nya meja Itu hendaklah dibersihkan sisa sisa Makanan Itu ke Dalam bekas Dan dibuang kedalam Tong Sampah.
Di mana mna sekitar gerai makan ,pengusaha langsung X Ada ikhtiar nak bersihkan sampah plastik bekas minuman, makanan,,apa lah sgt sblm buka/tutup kedai kutip sampah sekitar gerai yg cuma lingkungan 10-20 kaki je ..
Betul...mentaliti MCM ni mmg Ada Di mana mna...janji atas meja nmpk meja nmpk bersih...bwh meja X peduli pun...dlm keta sendiri Beria bersihkan sampah ..last last campak keluar kereta....kutip sampah dlm rumah sendiri...bawak keluar Dari rumah ,campak Kat mana yg dia suka...tepi jln ke,dlm Sg ke,longkang ke janji dlm rumah sendiri X de sampah
@@mohdzaki1089 betul sgt. tak susah mana pun jaga kebersihan sekitar gerai tu agar gerai nampak bersih luar dan dalam. mentaliti peniaga mmg masih mundur di tempat kita ni.. harap segera berubah.

It is a breakfast. For working people. Before going to paddy fields or farms
So good
U want to eat dodo,.come to the Terengganu,.very2 nice eat dodo
Look forward to watching it later. TQ. U guys deserve d best nasi lemak in town after d really long walking in d hot n humid weather crossing d border from S'pote to M'sia.
By d way, nasi lemak is d Malaysian national dish. It has a very humble beginning, a food for d peasants, wrapped in banana leaf. Only after d 1980s, I start seeing more food vendors selling nasi lemak by d streets all around Malaysia. Nowadays, nasi lemak is more lavish, paired with d spicy fried chicken, or chicken/beef rendang, or other types of protein cooked in sambal, like seafood.
Hello it look like very delicious. Please can you explain what happened with in migrations position when you arrived KLlA if they asked you about Mysejahtera application. Vaccine certificates. Others documents
If you can clarify that I have to arrival KLIA next month and I need avoid any problems that will face me
Thank you again
@@kareemhasan6925 Yes, d nasi lemak is quite delicious. About your entry to Malaysia via KLIA, I'm not certain about d current requirements since 1 April when d international borders r opened for foreign tourists. My sejahtera application was widely used in d country during d previous lockdown, to control people's movement, their heath n vaccination status. If u r vaccinated, u can add this in my sejahtera. Previously, foreign tourists who had arrived before d 1 April need to be quarantined but not anymore. It's good that u check this out before your arrival to avoid d unnecessary situation. Maybe Dodo explorers can share their experience entering Malaysia from d border in Singapore.
@@Yasin_Affandi dear sir Thank you very much
@@kareemhasan6925 U r welcome. My only advise is for u to upload d mysejahtera app on your mobile, update your vaccination status, in case it's needed later, it only takes few minutes of your time. 🙂
Cute cat 😻 😄😄😄
