hello iChang & Jimmy, it is really heartwarming for me to watch this video. It takes a lot of efforts to cook Nasi Lemak. And to share it with neighbours, is such pleasing and wonderful thing. I also loved your last year's givings of kuihs (if i remember correctly) & very delighted when I see you continue doing so, during Fasting Month. Thank you so much for sharing.

iChang just a tip i make Nasi lemak all the time, for the rice portion you can use Coconut cream and a bit of water. You do not need to add oil to the rice or any onion to the rice as when the coconut cook it will release its oil. To make the rice fragrance you can add the padan leave or lemon grass, also remember to add a bit of salt on the rice. You can user rice cook for the nasi lemak.

i feel proud to both of you who commemorate one of the holy muslim holy months!!
thank you so much IChang & jimmy!!
iChang just a tip i make Nasi lemak all the time, for the rice portion you can use Coconut cream and a bit of water. You do not need to add oil to the rice or any onion to the rice as when the coconut cook it will release its oil. To make the rice fragrance you can add the padan leave or lemon grass, also remember to add a bit of salt on the rice.
You can user rice cook for the nasi lemak.
