But when she gives a negative review for a controversial celebrity, everyone praises her for it. She should be allowed to share her honest opinions and reviews without feeling the need to sugar coat because of her viewers.

kylie wears her lip kits all the time and she promotes them on her channel but I have not seen any Kardashian use the Kardashian Beauty products, they don't promote them which makes me believe they don't care about these products and would probably never wear them themselves. I bought an eye palate only because it was on sale for 3.99 and when I used it it was so awful I was upset for wasting 4 dollars.

All these products look extremely cheap. Like the stuff you would get your pre-teen niece to shut her up when she wants to wear makeup and you don't want to invest in products you know she'll barely wear any way.
That's true. I was thinking the makeup and even the packaging looks like something sold at the dollar tree. The price is way to high for the lack of quality. I couldn't care less what name is stamped on it.
The actual Kardashians don't associate themselves with the Kardashian Beauty brand anymore. They refuse to promote it. I wish I had known that months ago because that would explain the extremely cheap packaging and terrible quality. However, one of their mascaras worked for me. There's better and more affordable options though.

It seems like the three just desperately took any offer given to them without reading the fine lines. I heard that they didn't know anything about their customers problems when they had their credit card controversy. It's kinda sad because it seems like this might be what Kylie is falling into with seeb (or seed, not too sure) beauty and the faulty products. But in her defense, there hasn't been negative reports lately.

I completely agree. If she acted like these products were great and then her viewers went to purchase them and realized they were crap they would lose trust in her. I also come here when I'm interested in buying a product, I trust Tati's opinion probably the most of all beauty gurus. Especially given how she tries new products for a full day with check-ins, really quality channel. Tati does it right :)

At the risk of getting my head chopped off by people who don't understand the definition of feedback I do have a little suggestion for your channel! The 5 day a week product reviews are getting a little redundant. I just think your makeup always looks great, why not do more tutorials, get ready with me, routines etc ... I know your channel is successful and you might not need to change anything but it's just a thought. I do love product reviews but I think couple days a week is good enough.
I actually do enjoy her product videos, they are my go to makeup review videos. By doing more tutorials and other types of video Tati's channel could lose it's uniqueness.
Tutorials in general aren't as popular anymore I've noticed. A lot gurus have been posting more product videos and challenges instead of tutorials. But Tati at least usually includes herself applying the makeup she uses in her videos even when she's just doing reviews.

I love that swatches show how crappy the products are. When you were blending the foundation in on the back of your hand made me cringe. I could just imagine the horror of applying that on my face.

I was a temp for Ulta when they were opening a new store in my area, so I got to play with some of these cosmetics. (Kardashian Beauty isn't high end, so there were no testers, but if something gets broken in shipping they'll often let everyone familiarize themselves so that one can better recommend products to customers - you can't sell a shattered bronzer anyways.) I was so not impressed with this stuff. All the swatches were a nightmare and the foundation felt so heavy even when it was just on the back of my hand. There's much better drugstore products out there. I usually direct people to Nyx if they're looking for a decent quality drugstore brand. I've heard a few people saying that the Kardashian hair care stuff is better but I can neither confirm nor deny this because I haven't had a chance to play with it.

I went to Ulta last week to test the foundations and concealer. No deep shades & concealer deep looked like ivory. I hope they extend the shades before North is a teenager 😐
companies should pay you to test their products as they make them to make sure what goes out on the market is top notch. If it passes Tati test everyone will love it

+Michaela Lynn, I purchased the liquid eyeliner pen, the most expensive one, in black. It had a nice tip, but the color was a sickly grey. I purchased two individual eyeshadow pots. One was so-so (a corally bronze) and the other (a middle darkness purple) that had NO pigmentation. The palette I purchased with shades of grey, purple and a black, was hit or miss in pigmentation and texture. I got one of the new creamy stick highlighters, and it did not blend at all. The dark under eye concealer has to be loaded on to work, and I like a really light natural look. I DID like the feel of the lip plumping glass in natural, but my NYC lip plumping glosses from Wal-Mart at 75% of the cost work much better. I purchased the purple colors to go outside of my neutral/natural comfort zone. I guess God was trying to tell me something. However, I will say that is what is so great about cosmetics, what doesn't work for me might be amazing for others. That's why I like Tati's honest reviews.

I haven't tried anything you bought so I can't vouch for if I find them good, but I do know that their Matte lip creams are one product that are a definite hit/miss for people. I feel like the light colors apply better than the dark, but for 6 bucks, you can't expect much.
Charity Sheppard I don't know if they're available outside of the U.K., but the collection felt tip liner is absolutely phenomenal. I wear wing eyeliner every single day and I've tried so many different kinds and brands, that pen is the one I always go back to

I think I have seen them wear and endorse their hair products, but not their makeup. I totally agree with the quality criticism. It's just like the clothing line. If they would make these items better quality they would be better. They should take notes from the younger siblings, Kendall and Kylie, who's clothing lines are featured in Saks and Nordstrom retailers.

I totally agree! I've seen their beauty line in Ulta for years, and always wondered if it was any good (as any makeup addict does lol), but I REFUSE to give that family any of my money!!! That's also the reason why I will never buy the Kylie Lip Kits, I don't want to add a penny to their wallets because that would mean that I'm supportive of their behavior and what they do. I just don't get why they're so famous and why people are so blindly obsessed with them... Like you said, it's nice for their sake that they can provide for themselves and aren't hurting for money, but I just wish people would stop buying into the lies they are selling and stop making them even more ridiculously rich than they already are.

I am a little confused. I thought makeup gurus with all the amazing cameras and the amazing lights and products, were meant to show us how great, or bad in the same token, that a product is.. You still look amazing even tho you didn't really like anything other than a few shadows. You look exactly the same as normal. But you noted that the lights make things look better and keep in mind that this isnt what it would look like irl. I do know you said you do have some other products on the face like the concealer etc, but you still look great. Whats the point of making videos in high quality with all the lights, if they arent a true representation of what it would look like day to day without the lights.? I do love your videos. well there's more to makeup than how it looks when you put it on :) how it feels, how easily it applies, how good the coverage is, etc. these things are what she didn't like about this line. i agree with her, too. it just feels very very cheap, and that's enough to turn someone away from a product!! xx
She stated in the beginning the problem wasn't as much about the way it looked at the end, more so just in the way it applied. If you watch you'll also see she did do some stuff to fix it. Like use the age rewind concealer on top to make it look better.
Actually you can see how her blush completely moved her foundation and some of her spots were peeking through... Good lighting just makes everything more professional, without that the video will probably be too dim and the quality will definitely be worse. Plus who doesn't want to look nice on camera :P

And they were actually looking for a different distributor to buy out their new one. And they're actually getting sued for not marketing the products

Kardashians and their beauty investors are suing each other for the line failing to meet expected profits. Both are blaming each other for not promoting the products. The investors are accusing the Kardashians for breech of contract because they did not promote their products or show themselves using the products on various social media accounts. They are also accused of failing to attend product selection and approval meetings which lead to repeated failed launches or failing to release new items at scheduled times. Kardashians are suing saying the company failed to do the promoting. I don't believe the case has concluded yet.

We all know the problems Kylie cosmetics brings, but when you see a review where foundation is not good and it does not blend... thats when you know they dont care and just want our money. i feel like they released the cheapest, most garbage makeup without caring what it actually is, or how it actually applies because they knew people would buy it solely for the "Kardashian" name. Pretty shitty....

I completely agree. If she acted like these products were great and then her viewers went to purchase them and realized they were crap they would lose trust in her. I also come here when I'm interested in buying a product, I trust Tati's opinion probably the most of all beauty gurus. Especially given how she tries new products for a full day with check-ins, really quality channel. Tati does it right :)

At the risk of getting my head chopped off by people who don't understand the definition of feedback I do have a little suggestion for your channel! The 5 day a week product reviews are getting a little redundant. I just think your makeup always looks great, why not do more tutorials, get ready with me, routines etc ... I know your channel is successful and you might not need to change anything but it's just a thought. I do love product reviews but I think couple days a week is good enough.
I actually do enjoy her product videos, they are my go to makeup review videos. By doing more tutorials and other types of video Tati's channel could lose it's uniqueness.
Tutorials in general aren't as popular anymore I've noticed. A lot gurus have been posting more product videos and challenges instead of tutorials. But Tati at least usually includes herself applying the makeup she uses in her videos even when she's just doing reviews.
IMHO, I would rather have reviews, instead of tutorials. There are so many tutorials out there, not enough honest reviews. Js.

I was a temp for Ulta when they were opening a new store in my area, so I got to play with some of these cosmetics.
(Kardashian Beauty isn't high end, so there were no testers, but if something gets broken in shipping they'll often let everyone familiarize themselves so that one can better recommend products to customers - you can't sell a shattered bronzer anyways.)
I was so not impressed with this stuff. All the swatches were a nightmare and the foundation felt so heavy even when it was just on the back of my hand. There's much better drugstore products out there.
I usually direct people to Nyx if they're looking for a decent quality drugstore brand.
I've heard a few people saying that the Kardashian hair care stuff is better but I can neither confirm nor deny this because I haven't had a chance to play with it.

+Michaela Lynn, I purchased the liquid eyeliner pen, the most expensive one, in black. It had a nice tip, but the color was a sickly grey. I purchased two individual eyeshadow pots. One was so-so (a corally bronze) and the other (a middle darkness purple) that had NO pigmentation. The palette I purchased with shades of grey, purple and a black, was hit or miss in pigmentation and texture. I got one of the new creamy stick highlighters, and it did not blend at all. The dark under eye concealer has to be loaded on to work, and I like a really light natural look. I DID like the feel of the lip plumping glass in natural, but my NYC lip plumping glosses from Wal-Mart at 75% of the cost work much better. I purchased the purple colors to go outside of my neutral/natural comfort zone. I guess God was trying to tell me something. However, I will say that is what is so great about cosmetics, what doesn't work for me might be amazing for others. That's why I like Tati's honest reviews.

I haven't tried anything you bought so I can't vouch for if I find them good, but I do know that their Matte lip creams are one product that are a definite hit/miss for people. I feel like the light colors apply better than the dark, but for 6 bucks, you can't expect much.

I think I have seen them wear and endorse their hair products, but not their makeup. I totally agree with the quality criticism. It's just like the clothing line. If they would make these items better quality they would be better. I am a little confused. I thought makeup gurus with all the amazing cameras and the amazing lights and products, were meant to show us how great, or bad in the same token, that a product is.. You still look amazing even tho you didn't really like anything other than a few shadows. You look exactly the same as normal. But you noted that the lights make things look better and keep in mind that this isnt what it would look like irl. I do know you said you do have some other products on the face like the concealer etc, but you still look great. Whats the point of making videos in high quality with all the lights, if they arent a true representation of what it would look like day to day without the lights.?

She stated in the beginning the problem wasn't as much about the way it looked at the end, more so just in the way it applied. If you watch you'll also see she did do some stuff to fix it. Like use the age rewind concealer on top to make it look better.

Actually you can see how her blush completely moved her foundation and some of her spots were peeking through... Good lighting just makes everything more professional, without that the video will probably be too dim and the quality will definitely be worse. Plus who doesn't want to look nice on camera :P

Kardashians and their beauty investors are suing each other for the line failing to meet expected profits. Both are blaming each other for not promoting the products. The investors are accusing the Kardashians for breech of contract because they did not promote their products or show themselves using the products on various social media accounts. They are also accused of failing to attend product selection and approval meetings which lead to repeated failed launches or failing to release new items at scheduled times. Kardashians are suing saying the company failed to do the promoting. I don't believe the case has concluded yet.

Even when prices are converted, brands in Australian stores are waaaay more expensive with surplus charges such as GST etc. And if you try to buy directly from the seller or an American website, the shipping is literally like $20 or more. Like with colourpop, something that's original price is like AUD$8 will come to around $25 or something with shipping. It sucks

these girls are millionaires but they cant invest in a factory/company that maked decent makeup?? they do sooo many projects at once that they only focus on the top ones, if you cant focus on perfecting a project you started then stop trying with it cause you are doing an injustice to your customers.

Like Tati said at the end of the video, I think this is he most negative review she's done, and I don't blame her. The quality looks really bad, it just seems like they permitted someone to use their name and let them do whatever they wanted.

this comes to show the Kardashians do not care about their customers, including Kylie. We all know the problems Kylie cosmetics brings, but when you see a review where foundation is not good and it does not blend... thats when you know they dont care and just want our money. This family needs to invest more money on coming up with better formulations and pigmentations or just leave the beauty world lol if you're not good at it, then leave it to those who care and know how to fix these type of problems.
