I've also noticed that drugstore makeup has gotten ridiculously high over the past 2-3 years. Like how is a foundation that is $20 considered drugstore??
If anyone is looking for an amazing liquid lipstick from the drugstore the Milani Amore Matte Lip Cremes and NYX Lip Lingerie is the best on the market!
the lingerie liquid lipstick line by NYX have BEAUTIFUL colors. it's just that it's difficult to apply at first and if you put on a lot and if you don't HEAVILY moisturize your lips it'll become a dry, chalky mess.
the liquid Suede's are by far the best matte liquid lipstick I have ever used from the drugstore, god I love them sooo much, they stay in place and don't dry up your lips and easily become chalky like the lingeries do. only the inner part of your lips come off after eating a meal. (these are all my opinions.) my favorite shade from the liquid Suede's is Sandstorm and from the Lingeries it's Teddy.
i don't know why people were so mad when she did the full face of makeup she didn't like , makeup is like every other thing we all have our preferences , but at least she's honest and doesn't pretend to like some products for the sake of advertising
I have fuller eyebrows. I actually quite like the brow gel by maybelline. the wand is weird af for sure and it should be thinner but the formula is nice and coats my brows and defines them. Even when I haphazardly (and I mean haphazardly) go over the tail of my brows, it doesn't get on my skin
Jessica Wong I agree with you. I like the gel better than the pencil they have. The formula smudges on me badly to where it gets on my skin, and it's just too big to use for a lot of people.
Jessica Wong I have fuller eyebrows too, they kind of like sticking to my skin. And I really love this eyebrow gel from Maybelline! Haha and the wand works for me very well.
Sha O yeah same. For me the actual surface area isn't big due to rounded the brush is. I can see how someone like tati with her thin brows wouldn't like it though.
I really like that about her too their aren't many RUclipsrs who are whiling to give their honest opinions, all they show us their favorite products;/.
not really you cant go based off what someone else says because what doesnt work for someone will more than likely work for the next no brand in this industry has products that will work for or suit everyone these videos are for the beauty gurus to share their own thoughts or do you not have a brain to think for yourself so you become a sheep that follows the crowd/ goes based off someone elses thoughts
I'm really surprised nobody has mentioned your shirt. It's really cute, but I have no idea how you're not going crazy with just one shoulder out. If that were my shirt, every time a breeze rolled by I'd be like, "DAMNIT THIS IS WEIRD."

Elise C she actually did for me 😂😫. I use that maybelline stick foundation literally every day. I actually have no intentions of switching to anything else considering it works so great for me
a lot of people say they don't like these kinds if videos, but personally I love them. its very helpful to us that don't have a lot of money to be wasting on useless products.
Anni B Right?! I don't know if it's her new setup but her makeup is on point, her skin looks amazing, her hair looks gorgeous. She's just slaying this video! 👑🙌🏻💯
I love the 24h stay lipstick from maybelline, they aren't drying at all for me, because they don't fully dry. Look, I know most people don't want their liquid lipsticks to not dry all the way but when they do for me I feel like my lips are a desert. These give that matte feeling without driyng and oh they last long.
Javiera Solar every time I've worn the 24 hour lipstick from Maybelline, it dries and it looks nice but it peels!! you can't do anything wearing it bc it will just peel off. that's me, though! different products work for different people.
For me it peels like at night when im about to take it off. But it happens a lot more if I put a thick layer. To make it work you gotta put a thin layer or two, no more and do not rub your lips hard, wich you shouldn't do with any liquid lipstick anyways. Sorry, im lazy rn and english is not my first language so there's probably some errors in my writing.
L. D. See but I didn't like it and my brows are super thick. I usually just use a brow mascara and that's it. But the one she was talking about didn't even have a good reddish shade. Essence is really great! And from what I remember it's lower than 5 bucks
@ L.D. same, it's so good! The brush is a little weird but I feel that the formula is really amazing. I first do this and then I use this maybelline dark brown eyebrow liner that also has a shadow 'stick/applicator thingy' side. I can get them really neat and filled in but NOT overdone in this way. the other way around I always underestimate the amount of tint the tint (lol) gives
L. D. I have fuller eyebrows and I really like it too!! I did have to be a little more careful than with other ones but I like it a lot, especially the clear one since there's no way it'll be messy then
So from what I understand the Honey Dew Me Up is a serum/skincare product- not a primer. I use it at night under my eyes with my moisturizer and i feel like it smooths the texture and brightens the skin. It's not "sticky" in my opinion but it does have a slip to it. I wouldn't use it as an all over primer- I don't think that's what its for. Just my input because I've gotten compliments on my complexion after having used it!
Phys Formula is working with Kerry Washington (my twin lol) to develop & expand the shade ranges so that is promising. Until it is in stores though I will continue to pay them dust. The Maybelline stick foundation sits with my high end ones it works great on my skin texture.
I did a little research & Kerry is only working with Neutrogena, not Physicians Formula. That really sucks because PF has the WORST shade range of any brand at the drugstore! Some of their "foundations" & BB creams only come in one shade!
BARE it's so ridiculous that companies release darker shades AFTER the lighter ones have been out for a while. i feel like it says a lot about the owners...
Julianne Guarducci go to Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom and you'll find plenty. Ask where the Bailey 44 is- they always have cute cold shoulder tops at moderate price.
Actually, I stopped watching after Honey Dew me up... I find that product really soothing , moisturizing, and firming on my skin. This product is water-based, it is not cream-based. Cream-based products can be clogging and look over-done when combined with foundation and contour. That's why I always prefer a water-based primer. Water based formulas are mostly used in Asian cosmetics while cream based products are preferred in non-Asian countries. No wonder this product is made in Korea. I really like this one and I'm going to purchase it again.
The NYX Honey Dew Me Up is amazing--the only primer I've ever repurchased, honestly. I have dry skin and it works perfectly at moisturizing and making my makeup last longer.
Love to Tati! Thanks for all the hard work and making your channel so incredibly informative! I don't buy anything without checking your opinion first! I find that I can always depend on an honest review from you! Xo
The "green" Physician's Formula mascara that you love so much is a dud for me. I appreciate your videos regarding products to avoid and others worth the bucks. That's the one recommendation from you that hasn't worked for me. Thanks Tati for keeping it real and telling it like it is.
same!! I feel like that mascara gives me gorgeous lashes but holy crap does it smudge all over the place!! I hated it!! what's the point if those lashes only last a half hour
i bought the palette when it launched! they are pretty neutrals and they are extremely wearable. not the best quality shadows and the highlights aren't as intense as videos make them out to be. overall it's a good daily palette, but i don't reach for it often!
Samantha Leigh me too!! It actually gave me a really bad rash which was crazy to me because I don't have sensitive skin at all and it just felt oily and thick and nasty on my skin
I remember when Revlon was the best drugstore makeup you could get, but by the mid-90s the quality really went down. The only stuff of theirs I will buy now are the lipsticks.
Yes, their lipsticks are the only good thing and only thing I get from them with an occasional polish. It was the first brand I ventured out into when I first got into makeup in high school and it was lipstick I bought. They had the best eyelash glue but apparently they're not sold in stores anymore 😢
Nenny Jenn I was going to buy them today and so glad I read your comment and others here before I did! Any chance you or others can recommend good drugstore eyeshadows? The reason I was going to go for revlon was because I liked the neutral colors.
I've been using the Lactic Acid & Retinoid for a couple of weeks & so far I'm really impressed! I have also been using the Hylamide serum which is another Deciem product & it is amazing! I swear I can already tell a difference in my fine lines. The best part is none of the products have upset my crazy sensitive skin!
I've been using the ordinary niacinamide solution twice a day and I have not yet formed a good opinion about it I also ordered the MMHC from NIOD that is Multi molecular hyaleronic complex as well as FINISHER HA BLUR from hyalamide all from the same site DCIEM and those to I really feel have been helping my complexion and pore size. The free shipping to US as well.
i am screaming about the revlon cream shadows 😂 i used to use those every day to get my emo smokey eyes in high school. thankfully i have evolved from the smudge raccoon eyes 😫
I was looking for a matte white eyeshadow and i bought a covergirl single eyeshadow. It had zero pigment, it was literally invisible. I'm right there with you on the maybelline superstay lipstick, it was the first liquid lipstick I tried when I was in like eighth grade, and it was years before I dared to try lipstick again.
+Dena Barton I've never had that problem. I've been using their color icon trios since the eighth grade and it's the one aspect of my makeup bag that I've never changed because in my experience they work great.
then maybe they've changed the formula since i used them. It was a few years ago. or maybe it was just that one color. all I can vouch for is that one white shadow that i bought.
That's so funny, I used that fit me foundation stick for years until I got into higher end makeup, and I loved that little thing! Lol.i wonder how I'd feel about it if I used it now that I'm using luxury foundation. 🤔😜
And here I just bought the Maybelline Fit Me stick foundation yesterday because Zabrena recommended it -_- And yes I do agree it accentuates my pores ... fml if I had only waited one more day...
Unfortunately, stores in Portugal don't have the same return policies as they do in America. I can't just return an item that I have already opened and used just because I didn't like it.
That's unfortunate my results are much closer to Zabrena's, was kinda surprised to see it on this list. People have such different skin try passing it along to friend.
I can't even justify buying drugstore. The cheaper drugstore stuff is usually crap and then the stuff that is good costs way too much. I've actually for the first time in my life, own a collection where Half of it is high end! If drugstore is making me pay 16 for foundation, I'll just spend another 5-10 for something like the Anastasia foundation stick
Jazzy, lucky you... I wanted to buy stuff from Becca, Anastasia, HUDA... but in the Central Europe Sephora doesn't sell it and I can't find it anywhere! Lucky you..
Jazzy Rose milani is a really nice drugstore brand, e.l.f and NYX are awesome too! i love the maybelline fit me foundation and the maybelline age rewind concealer and they're both only like $8. i also love the wet n wild highlights and milani blushes. they're pretty cheap too!
Tati, you are honestly one of my favorite and best beauty gurus I've ever watched! It always seem like you explain everything about every product so well, you always talk about products that are cheaper but also about high end the same way and you never promote expensive products just because they're expensive and high end like many youtubers do, I always feel like I can trust you with products!
The worst thing I bought was the cover girl loose setting powder in light, first off it wasn't light at all, it made me look orange, and second, it is AWFUL at setting foundation. It always left my face sticky
Oh my gosh Same!! I thought something was off with mine because of how orange it turned my concealer when I used to it set. I even gave it to my sister & the same thing happened to her. Weirdest powder ever
same! I have medium thick eyebrows so I always wipe the wand with a tissue so it doesn't get too greasy and go everywhere. It actually makes my brows look fuller and more toned :)
So true! I have pretty nice lashes without mascara, but Maybelline Falsies makes them stick together and is a pain to remove (pulls too many lashes out, and that's not even the waterproof formula). I love LO'real Carbon Black Telescopic for length (or Voluminous Miss Manga), and for volume I use either Maybelline Full and Soft Waterproof or Great Lash Lots of Lashes (the cone shaped brush, although I like the curved brush Great Lash too). The cone shape on the Great Lash is perfect for my almond shaped eyes, and works especially well on my bottom lashes. I do NOT like the straight wand option for Great Lash, it ruins the entire mascara in my opinion.
I usually skip the videos with drugstore makeup just because I feel like Tati is last thing I would watch talk about drugstore as there is very frequent references to drugstore makeup and very frequent statements about liking a lot of drugstore makeup, but in reality there is always the little twist of "for the price..." and "for a drugstore product..." etc when mentioning affordable makeup and there is always only luxury makeup in the description box. This time there is a Maybelline brow pen and the rest of makeup worn is pure luxury stuff.
So basically, we're being fooled to think that some high end products are better as they contain the exact same products but in a different container, packaging and brand name. Or not fooled because we all know this, but often we either don't know which products are the same or we get affected by the advertisements to make us believe the products are different and feel and look different.
Tiffany Nicole But if its their classic liquid liner you're thinking of, its been around for 20+ years and they have not re formulated it. I once asked them in an online chat because I had gotten an allergic reaction from their mega shine shadows which had been reformulated.
I LOVE the Revlon Illuminance Creme shadows! I've been wearing them for years! I dont have an issue with creasing or the weird skin bumps she mentioned.
true, I got the darkest color they had for foundation and it was still too light, keep in mind I'm just italian and English (not American, England English for some people who don't know) so that speaks for itself
maybe the store ur shopping at doesn't have a good selection? the target next to my house has a huge range of physicians formula bronzers in a ton of different shades. maybe try shopping online if you're not seeing that near you? I have a medium/brown skin tone and I found a really good bronzer so idk
maybe you are light medium brown and for that reason it work for you, but for medium and darker medium brown skin tone it doesnt show on skin, like the bronzer is like my skin tone, anyway PF should change.
Tati! The revlon creme shadows burned my eyes so badly! I had dry skin on my eye lids and had to stop wearing makeup for about a week! I totally agree with you!!!
I bought a wet n wild blush and didn't expect it to be holy crap pigmented lol it was very pink so I use it as eyeshadow now. Can't remember the name of it
The WORST drugstore Makeup item I used was Maybelline baby skin instant pore eraser. It feels really oily, and it doesn't really cover up the pore like its name.
I haven't tried it but I've heard from a lot of people that they use it as a serum instead of a primer and it works really well that way. If you try it out and it doesn't work as a primer for you maybe using it as a serum might?
@Tati I use the clear version of the brow gel sometimes when my eyebrows are really unruly. I have thicker eyebrows so it works okay for me. Even though I don't need to fill in my brows, I'm sure it would be a mess if I tried the gel with color.
Elisa Aldana can I ask your skin type? I have combo skin with my dry areas getting worse this time of year. Really interested in trying this primer, but don't wanna blow 17 bucks if its not gonna work for my skin
Yes me too! I wear Kat Von D Lock-it foundation pretty much everyday and needed a more nourishing/moisturizing primer to balance it out. I had this and hadn't really used it before, but now I rarely go without it. My foundation looks so much better.
i have pretty dry skin and the honey dew me up really helps. the products kinda seems like it doesnt do anything at first but after awhile I realized it helps moisterize and smooth my face and it gives my face this really beautiful glow. My only qualm is that when it mixes with my foundation (maybelline fit me dewy smooth) i get these little rolled up bits of foundation?? they're kinda like when you erase and you have all those little shaving but its like with foundation
Karlee Nicely Probably because they're the one watching it :)) and apparently 98+ people agree. it's just an opinion. Your input was not necessary here.
Those Revelon creme eyeshadows used to be amazing (going back to almost 8 ish years ago) they were great for quick, in a hurry makeup, but recently I picked them up again wanting to try them out again for the same purpose and I completely agree, they were slimy and greasy feeling and creased in minutes! Either they changed the formula or 8-10 years ago, my standards for makeup were really low, which is possible. If you want a good pop of color for when you are in a hurry, try the Bite Beauty multi sticks. I'm in love!
Sonya Mann same here, hard and waxy. The ONLY good parts were the spoolie included, being retractable, and the size of the liner stick. I just can't find a good eyebrow product. I have upwards of 10 products that just don't work. I mix like 3 to get my brows right
I bought one and loved it, when I bought a second one to keep in my bag as a backup it was strangely different! Side by side, same product, but the second one was less pigmented, kind of waxy/crumbly...must be a big difference between batches because the first one was (and still is!) great.
I loved the maybelline age rewind concealer so much that I had to try the matching age rewind foundation. But the foundation is too greasy for me, not enough coverage and comes off so easily. Just going to stick with the concealer! 👍
omg that covergirl trublend bronzer is my holy grail!!! ive been looking for that bronzer!! I wore this all through jr. high and highschool back in the early 2000's lol, they had different forrmula of it back then than the one you had in this video. I loved this bronzer so much!!
I think Anastasia brow wiz is far from a good investment. A good investment is something like a quality pallette or a special face mask, not an eyebrow pencil that is gone more quickly than most eyebrow pencils on the market and more expensive. Idk, I think it's way over hyped for what it is and too expensive to have to be replaced so often. There's a lot of great eyebrow pencils out there that are nowhere near as pricey
Yikes that FITME foundation stick was awful, I put that in a regrets video years ago, so happy no one talks about it anymore 'cuz it was BAD. Love the idea for this video, the new background is so nice and you look SO GLAM. Love your nail color here! And when you said 'do you know what I mean?' I literally nodded to myself lol
My eyes were super sensitive to the Maybelline liquid Color Tattoos colors! I just swatched it on my hand and it BURNED, so that's another product to stay away from if you have sensitive eyelids! Those Revlon shadows were my holy grail for all of high school and never gave me a problem though, weird.
I agree with you almost 100% of the time, but I'm obsessed with that eyebrow gel! It's the perfect size for my brows. I'll have to try the new one you mentioned!
I've also noticed that drugstore makeup has gotten ridiculously high over the past 2-3 years. Like how is a foundation that is $20 considered drugstore??
+MakeupByMegan It is criminal that the drugstore is charging so much! Here in San Francisco everything is $2-3. more than what Tati says. Everything!
Bella Lasic almost everything is higher in California just saying
+Bella Lasic In Europa the price at drugstore is twice the price for drugstore makeup!
I live in Canada and some of the prices are outrageous in drugstores
Yeah in Europe (i live in france) it's so expensive !
7:37 "You can do better."
Tati sounds like that friend who talks you out of bad dating decisions haha
Tanisha B agreed lmao
hahaha
Tanisha B thats what I say to myself when I take a look at some drugstore makeup then I head to Sephora lol
Tanisha B 666 😷😷😷😷😷
Lmao XD
If anyone is looking for an amazing liquid lipstick from the drugstore the Milani Amore Matte Lip Cremes and NYX Lip Lingerie is the best on the market!
Invisible the suedes move EVERYWHERE! Haha I guess the moral here is, we all have different experiences with what works and what doesn't.
Honestly I've never seen the nyx lip lingerie not look like butthole lip on anyone
the lingerie liquid lipstick line by NYX have BEAUTIFUL colors. it's just that it's difficult to apply at first and if you put on a lot and if you don't HEAVILY moisturize your lips it'll become a dry, chalky mess.
the liquid Suede's are by far the best matte liquid lipstick I have ever used from the drugstore, god I love them sooo much, they stay in place and don't dry up your lips and easily become chalky like the lingeries do. only the inner part of your lips come off after eating a meal. (these are all my opinions.) my favorite shade from the liquid Suede's is Sandstorm and from the Lingeries it's Teddy.
Bailey Layne I love all of NYXs Liquid Lipsticks and Milanis are so good! I also love the Maybelling color jolts.
NYX has gotten more and more expensive ever since people started raving about the brand. And now I feel like the same thing will happen with elf.
Great funky colors Nyx has. Never goes out of style with their products
And. It did lol
i don't know why people were so mad when she did the full face of makeup she didn't like , makeup is like every other thing we all have our preferences , but at least she's honest and doesn't pretend to like some products for the sake of advertising
preach!
The Makeup Ward || apparently people were mad that she "purposely" made the makeup look bad
she sure wasn't pumped which i completely understand because using a product you don't like isn't supposed to bring you joy
I love your negative reviews - they stop me from making bad decisions (even though I cant get a lot of it in the UK) thank you!
Haha I'm the same. Sitting here in Scotland thinking well I couldn't buy it anyway. Def dodging a few iffy make up products lol
AJ Mack Im from Scotland too and honestly I can relate 100%😂
The struggle is real lol We miss out on so much make up in the UK our saving grace is make up revolution and sleek lol 😁
AJ Mack and MUA 😂
So thankful that Boots sell NYX online🙌🏻 saved my shipping soooooo much😂
I have fuller eyebrows.
The formula smudges on me badly to where it gets on my skin, and it's just too big to use for a lot of people.
same, you just got to make sure you don't get more product than you need on the brush
Jessica Wong I liked it too, and I just use a different wand. I cleaned the heck out of a mascara wand that screwed on perfectly in the tube.
The NYX honeydew isn't a dupe... It's a DEWp
I absolutely LOVE your hair like this! It looks beautiful!!!
I think she looks like a rock star. So pretty!
Her shirt is also great!
totally... loving the hair vib :)
She had these GREAT cut out shirts that I just LOVE! Give those shoulders some room/breath when they look that good and she's worked so hard.
agreed
I love how honest you are and I trust your opinion... you go girl😆😆😆
I really like that about her too their aren't many RUclipsrs who are whiling to give their honest opinions, all they show us their favorite products;/.
sc filter twins!
triplets!
Thank you for this!! It's just as important to know what not to buy as it is to know what to purchase
the fit me foundation stick... ugh!! Least flattering product ever
hate to be a pain but I like it it suits my skin
Glad it works for you. My pores are small unless I use that stuff
not really you cant go based off what someone else says because what doesnt work for someone will more than likely work for the next no brand in this industry has products that will work for or suit everyone these videos are for the beauty gurus to share their own thoughts or do you not have a brain to think for yourself so you become a sheep that follows the crowd/ goes based off someone elses thoughts
I'm really surprised nobody has mentioned your shirt.
It's really cute, but I have no idea how you're not going crazy with just one shoulder out.
If that were my shirt, every time a breeze rolled by I'd be like, "DAMNIT THIS IS WEIRD."
falsebuild yess!!! Tati please tell us where you got it!!!!
Love it
I want that shirt!!
I need it in my life! Where is it from ??!

And that covergirl bronzer! Oh man does that take me back to circa 2006, freshman year of highschool, when orange face (aka bronze face) was in

hey tati
i like your nail, what is it?
xoxo
if u try the Coty airspun loose powder it works amazing I have oily skin too and when I use that my face stays matte all day they sell it at the drug store it's only 9 dollars and u get alot...
you should try the Stay Matte long lasting pressed powder by Rimmel London. it's a really nice powder. also, get a matte setting spray. there's one by NYX for like $8
Alesha Barrios Have you tried the Rimmel Stay Matte? If pressed powders don't work for id suggest a translucent powder like the Elf HD setting powder, NYC Translucent Setting powder, or the Coty airspun powder.
I have always been quite lucky with drugstore product. And if it didn't work at first, I found a way to make it work. Like the ready set georgous concealer doesn't conceal much, so I now simply use it as a small highilter and for me, it works really well.
I usually find a way to make things work as well when it comes to eyeshadows , blushes and highlighters
Who else was afraid she would say something about a product you use? 😂
Elise C lmao yeees
Elise C she did the cream eyeshadow works so well on me
Elise C she did the mascara work so good on me 😂😂
I've never used any of these products but I was just about to buy the maybelline liquid lipstick😂 and I thought the revlon eyeshadow looks just gorgeous
I remember back in the day when there weren't 2 million subscribers. I still loved her and still do xoxo Fan forever❤️
Ps: you look banging in this video. A total babe
Anni B Right?! I don't know if it's her new setup but her makeup is on point, her skin looks amazing, her hair looks gorgeous. She's just slaying this video! 👑🙌🏻💯
She should make a video on Dollar Tree Makeup.
She did. Her makeup looked awesome.
Guess it's time to search for that video now.😂
Thanks. :)
Hey Tati! LOVING the new background and your makeup is especially gorgeous today. You are just made of class:)
Oh and where did you get that shirt from? It's so flattering!
Javiera Solar I'm the same no problems either.
Same! I love the duel type liquid lippies. I like being able to put on the balm and not ruin my lipstick.
Javiera Solar every time I've worn the 24 hour lipstick from Maybelline, it dries and it looks nice but it peels!! you can't do anything wearing it bc it will just peel off. that's me, though! different products work for different people.

To make it work you gotta put a thin layer or two, no more and do not rub your lips hard, wich you shouldn't do with any liquid lipstick anyways. Sorry, im lazy rn and english is not my first language so there's probably some errors in my writing.
same here...i totally love them. But everyone's different :)
About the Maybelline eyebrow tint --- full brows and LOVE it!!! In fact, I love it more than benefit kabrow and any other high end that i've tried!!!
I thought Kerry Washington was working with Neutrogena. Is she also working with PF? Both brands need to expand their shade range!!
becca311 yes she is working with Phy Form as well
Caribbean Glow let's hope Phy Formula will get better !
Tati! You're stunning!!
Typically Annie hey Annie! Love your vids
Typically Annie love ur channel
her shirt is bothering me because i feel like her shoulder would be cold 😂
Samara Montoya lol!! ur cray.
Samara Montoya lol, they actually call that type of tops "cold shoulder tops" jaja
I love her shirt. I want to know where she got it!
Julianne Guarducci go to Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom and you'll find plenty. Ask where the Bailey 44 is- they always have cute cold shoulder tops at moderate price.
Samara Montoya haha
thank you for mentioning the honey dew stuff from nyx. you just saved me 16.00 XD
Only buy that product if you have dry skin, it is terrible for oily skin as most oil-type primers are but it's supposed to be really nice for dry skin
I know right?! I literally had that in my Ulta shopping cart ready to buy!
I have oily skin and quite like honey dew me up honestly.
Love to Tati! Thanks for all the hard work and making your channel so incredibly informative! I don't buy anything without checking your opinion first! I find that I can always depend on an honest review from you! Xo
Love you*
These kind of videos are so helpful when it comes to knowing what and what not to buy!!!!!!
Love you, thanks for this video 😘
Loved this video Tati! Good ole', down to earth beauty commentary.
and the color of your shirt,,, so pretty on you!
The green tube burned my eyes soooooo bad, it also never dried it was so tacky. I have long full eyelashes, maybe that's why.
Me too! It just doesn't curl as good as Tati said. And the brush is too big for me, it doesn't reach all the lashes at all.
It smudges like crazy if I wear it without eyeliner. If I wear it with eyeliner then it will stay. I don't know what is the logic but yeah O__o
SAME HERE and it bugs me so much every time she mentions it and I just shudder at how bad it was haha
Tatiiiii please review BH cosmetics, specially the Carli Bybel palette 💞 (I love you)
Sab ok
The liquid lipsticks are great! Eyeshawdows are pretty crappy though
i bought the palette when it launched! they are pretty neutrals and they are extremely wearable. not the best quality shadows and the highlights aren't as intense as videos make them out to be. overall it's a good daily palette, but i don't reach for it often!
I've tried different eyeshadow from them and they weren't that great so I stop buying them. Love their brushes and lipsticks if on a budget
That palette made my eyes so red and the highlighters from that palette gave me allergies and acne ugh
How do you focus your camera on yourself like that? It looks like you're floating in the forefront. Not a bad thing, just a question. I'm curious.
Eddie Q. Her camera lens.
A camera lens which allows you to have a low aperture.
Eddie Q. My camera has a setting that allows the object thats in focus not blur and everything else around it blur
It does kind of look like she's in front of a green screen 😂
OMG cannot unsee this now I keep thinking her background isn't real
I use that brow gel daily. It's perfect for me, but I do have fuller brows.
Same for me!
I love the Maybelline FIT sticks. I do not use them as a foundation. I use them as contours. I just love them.
Asia Williams Same! My mom has way thinner brows though and doesn't like it at all :o
me too!
mine are the same shape and size as tati's and i use the gel brow also and i love it
I swear that maybelline stick foundation broke me out every time I used it!!!
Samantha Leigh omg yes!!! thats the Same issue i have with this stick foundation. And it also doesn't blend well.
Samantha Leigh me too!! It actually gave me a really bad rash which was crazy to me because I don't have sensitive skin at all and it just felt oily and thick and nasty on my skin
Samantha Leigh same here and I don't really break out easily
Samantha Leigh Same here....
SAAAAME
Tati you look sooo beautiful in this video! Love the defined lower lashes and glowy lips, plus your SKIN - gurl!
tati you're my makeup inspiration!! please reply it would mean the world to me!!❤️❤️
Hi
Hello 😉😜
Hey
Reply Tati !!!!!!!!!!!❤️
hello
The honey dew me up primer by NYX does feel sticky at first, but if you give it a minute, it will be more smooth. At least for me it does.
me too!
how do you apply it?
Tiffany Liu I've found that if I just mix in it with my foundation it works better for me
I have it I don't think it is just aweful but I don't think I will buy it again...i have better primers for less money:)
I use the spatula it comes with and dab it all over my face! I've been using it for about 6 months and I like it!
That NYX Honeydew Me Up Primer is amazing! I think it's my favorite purchase from Target so far.
The revlon eyeshadows!!! I HATE them! It's true, they crease in seconds! So annoying! Lol
I remember buying those years and years ago and hating them I thought they were discontinued
Nenny Jenn I was going to buy them today and so glad I read your comment and others here before I did! Any chance you or others can recommend good drugstore eyeshadows? The reason I was going to go for revlon was because I liked the neutral colors.
Go for Wet n Wild or L'Oreals La Palette
Hot or not The Ordinary skincare please??
I've been using the Lactic Acid & Retinoid for a couple of weeks & so far I'm really impressed! I have also been using the Hylamide serum which is another Deciem product & it is amazing! I swear I can already tell a difference in my fine lines. The best part is none of the products have upset my crazy sensitive skin!
Do you find that the Retinoid drys out your skin? I'm scared to try it!
Thanks!! I'll look into it :)
I just ordered a bunch and I'm so excited to try them out!
I love the new background! Your bathroom is pretty!!
I had the same experience with the Physicians Formula mascara!!!! It was so itchy!
i am screaming about the revlon cream shadows 😂 i used to use those every day to get my emo smokey eyes in high school. thankfully i have evolved from the smudge raccoon eyes 😫
I use that fit me foundation stick every morning I love it I always get compliments on it
I was looking for a matte white eyeshadow and i bought a covergirl single eyeshadow. It had zero pigment, it was literally invisible. I'm right there with you on the maybelline superstay lipstick, it was the first liquid lipstick I tried when I was in like eighth grade, and it was years before I dared to try lipstick again.
I know the shade 'Tako' by the brand Sugarpill is an absolute favourite when it comes to matte white eyeshadows. You should have a look :)
try the wet n wild 5 pan palette in tunnel vision, it has a pretty good white, and it's super cheap :)
Wet N Wild doesn't have and longevity to it... they make great shadows pigment wise but they wear off pretty quickly and don't blend very well :/
+Dena Barton I've never had that problem.
The fit me foundation stick is amazing for contouring and highlighting. I use the lightest shade and coconut. Works like magic!
That's so funny, I used that fit me foundation stick for years until I got into higher end makeup, and I loved that little thing! Lol.i wonder how I'd feel about it if I used it now that I'm using luxury foundation. 🤔😜
And I have combo oily skin
jenny page same omg
jenny page Same omfg
Lol me too and I have combination to oily skin as well. I've never had any problems with it.
I used a darker shade as a cream bronzer. Worked fine for that since it never got anywhere near my problem pore areas I guess.
And here I just bought the Maybelline Fit Me stick foundation yesterday because Zabrena recommended it -_- And yes I do agree it accentuates my pores ... fml if I had only waited one more day...
Return it!
Unfortunately, stores in Portugal don't have the same return policies as they do in America. I can't just return an item that I have already opened and used just because I didn't like it.
That's unfortunate my results are much closer to Zabrena's, was kinda surprised to see it on this list. People have such different skin try passing it along to friend.
lilithmarleen bummer on the return policy
I have been using the stick for years and enjoy it. Different results for everyone and I love Zabrena btw
Jazzy Rose is it good for warm pink tones?
Exactly, I just keep an eye out for deals on high-end from Ulta, like the 21 Days sales so I'm getting it for almost the same price or cheaper.
Jazzy, lucky you... I wanted to buy stuff from Becca, Anastasia, HUDA... but in the Central Europe Sephora doesn't sell it and I can't find it anywhere! Lucky you..
Kamila, same in south america, here good quality make up is SO EXPENSIVE!
When you're watching the Worst Makeup vid and see your go-to foundation stick lmao
omg that's what I use xD
dang I thought I was quick but everyone is already here! LOL
I never had that problem... I use the fair translucent and its amazing setting, You probably just got a wrong shade
+Ashley Maria I've used the fair translucent and it's still seems pretty orange to me. plus I don't like the smell.
bitchan cosplay it's also super shimmery
LilMsSmiley55 it doesn't happen to me. So I can't relate.
Thanks Tati for taking care of us by trying all this stuff and telling us what works and especially what DOESN'T!!!! ❤️
My brows are fuller and the maybelline brow gel makes my brows have a nice tint and keeps them in place
I like it :)
Heidi I agree with you I really enjoy it. It works well for me
same! I have medium thick eyebrows so I always wipe the wand with a tissue so it doesn't get too greasy and go everywhere. It actually makes my brows look fuller and more toned :)
Me too! I have thicker eyebrows and I use it to set them. I like it (:
Heidi Same here!
Hey tati i love when you tell us every thing about the "products" you use and i love that by the way could you try (huda beauty) lipsticks!!❤
Tati ! Please do an updated Top 5 Must Have Eyeshadow Palettes video!
The new background is fabulous!! Great lighting....love it.
Tati, can you start including 'what's on my nails' in your description box? I love your varnish choices :)
maybelline falsies mascara.worst mascara ever.unless you like the 3 lash look.
TracyAli83 YES!!!! I totally agree.
I do NOT like the straight wand option for Great Lash, it ruins the entire mascara in my opinion.
whaat that's like my favorite mascara 😂
+Leslie A mine 2! I didn't know how to use the wand at first and didn't like it but once I figured out how to use it I freaking love it!
jennifer canaday I also hated it at first but after some time I gave it another try and now i Love Love Love it.
I personally use the fit me foundation every day and it gives me great coverage!!
I love it too. I have oily-combination skin and it works really well to balance things out and works great with the beauty blender.
Carly Stark I like the Fit me stick foundation too!!
I love it too! I use the shade toffee for a light contour/bronze everyday!
I use their concealers to contour my whole face and they are amazing.
I have fuller brows and that Maybeline brow product is my holy grail. I love the product from the formula to the wand, it's a love.
Well drugstore makeup did used to be really crap and only in the last few years have they actually stepped their game up.
So basically, we're being fooled to think that some high end products are better as they contain the exact same products but in a different container, packaging and brand name. Or not fooled because we all know this, but often we either don't know which products are the same or we get affected by the advertisements to make us believe the products are different and feel and look different.
I also don't rely on her review of drugstore. seems like the same products from high-end can do no wrong. not a very trustworthy review.
this is true. wet n wild really stepped their game up. their eye primer and some of their eyeshadows are good. I like their cream eyeliner too
Tiffany Nicole But if its their classic liquid liner you're thinking of, its been around for 20+ years and they have not re formulated it. I once asked them in an online chat because I had gotten an allergic reaction from their mega shine shadows which had been reformulated.
I just love your videos 😄😄 no background music while talking ... this makes u unique now 👍🏻👍🏻 keep the good work 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Anyone else miss her doing "Drugstore Week"?
I LOVE the Revlon Illuminance Creme shadows! I've been wearing them for years! I dont have an issue with creasing or the weird skin bumps she mentioned.
The Fit Me! foundation stick worked pretty well and had good coverage on my oily skin.
Physician Formula only makes light skin products. I wanted the bronzer everybody was bragging about but they only had 2 colors, both too light for me.
I have light skin tone and some of those bronzers are too light!
Denise Sheffield I am very pale and all the stuff they make is too dark for me.
true, I got the darkest color they had for foundation and it was still too light, keep in mind I'm just italian and English (not American, England English for some people who don't know) so that speaks for itself
maybe the store ur shopping at doesn't have a good selection? the target next to my house has a huge range of physicians formula bronzers in a ton of different shades. maybe try shopping online if you're not seeing that near you? I have a medium/brown skin tone and I found a really good bronzer so idk
maybe you are light medium brown and for that reason it work for you, but for medium and darker medium brown skin tone it doesnt show on skin, like the bronzer is like my skin tone, anyway PF should change.
tati i love your attire
I need to know where she bought that top!
Tati! The revlon creme shadows burned my eyes so badly! I had dry skin on my eye lids and had to stop wearing makeup for about a week! I totally agree with you!!!
Can you do a Hot or Not for Clarins products!?
I bought a wet n wild blush and didn't expect it to be holy crap pigmented lol it was very pink so I use it as eyeshadow now. Can't remember the name of it
"Holy crap pigmented!" Love that phrase! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
omg..i have that blush too! it is very pigmented..little bit extra and ur cheeks look like u have been slapped! lol
Cut off the ball tip of the maybelline brow stuff :)
Great suggestion! :)
Jha0601 thank you :)
Dilyana Taseva yeah it's easy to trim with a manicure scissors
space cookies I just cut it off the wand :)
Hi, thanks for the tip 👏
I'm loving the new background it's so much lighter and way happier!!!
The WORST drugstore Makeup item I used was Maybelline baby skin instant pore eraser. It feels really oily, and it doesn't really cover up the pore like its name.
Staci Hwang thank you I was going to buy this
I really liked it. I don't have oily skin tho
new backgroud is soo bright
TheCeska90 is that a good thing?
the Rimmel eyebrows pencil actually work pretty good for me
I love the formula too!
Literally your videos are the only ones I continuously watch every day. I just love you and your personality. So glad I found your channel.
Snap squad! 34 seconds after upload ❤️ you look so gorgeous in this video Tati!
ugh I got sucked into the crème Revlon eyeshadows. 15.00 for what felt like lip balm on my eyes.
So glad you talked about Honey Dew Me Up. I was thinking about getting it but I was cringing at the price. 💛
do you have dry skin? If so it's worth a try.
In the winter I get so dry! I might still give it a try to see it it works for me.
Get it at Ulta so you can return it if it's not what you need. AND make sure you wait the 2-5 mins it says to wait before putting your makeup on.
Thanks so much! 😄
Tati please do a review on the TATCHA skincare brand!
Oh my god I LOVE my NYX Honey Dew Me Up!
Me too! It's the only primer I've ever repurchased!
Normal skin, but I would look at Poshmark, I sold a 2nd bottle of mine for $5
Why does the new background annoy me and feel weird
Don't worry ur not the only one
I feel the same way. it feels like a cubicle office.
Freaking Waffles WHY DO YOU CARE? 😭😂
she has only just moved in, give her time to Tati it up. she has wicked taste and will make it fab.
Your bathroom is goals 👍🏻😌💗
As are you💙
Early squad where you aaaaat?? :D
🙋
Millie. here
Sup
lol you are on time
hey!!
NYX Micro Brow Pencil. Why is it so HARD? Hate it.
me to
Sonya Mann same here, hard and waxy. The ONLY good parts were the spoolie included, being retractable, and the size of the liner stick. I just can't find a good eyebrow product. I have upwards of 10 products that just don't work. I mix like 3 to get my brows right
Sonya Mann I hated it at first but the more I used it I grew to love it, it's now my everyday go to
I bought one and loved it, when I bought a second one to keep in my bag as a backup it was strangely different! Side by side, same product, but the second one was less pigmented, kind of waxy/crumbly...must be a big difference between batches because the first one was (and still is!) great.
Sonya Mann I agree! I think it is so waxy.
Yes I love that you're wearing mally makeup! That brand doesn't get enough love
I loved the maybelline age rewind concealer so much that I had to try the matching age rewind foundation. But the foundation is too greasy for me, not enough coverage and comes off so easily. Just going to stick with the concealer! 👍
Me too! The concealer is fantastic, but the foundation is not good.
I really wish that line came out with darker shades
the concealer is good but i dont get the whole big deal. its good but i have the lightest shade and its too dark.
Is it weird that when someone talks about something they hate it satisfies me mor than if they talk about a product they like
More
Don't buy the Flower Foundation from the Drew Barrymore line. It dries so weird and just gives a really weird base for anything else to grab onto.
But their powder foundation is the absolute best I've tried. Didn't like the liquid though.
The nail polishes are too thin and chip easily
omg that covergirl trublend bronzer is my holy grail!!! ive been looking for that bronzer!!
Amanda Seguin I completely agree, especially bc NYX has an e x a c t dupe for half the price and it doesn't break as easily
I strongly disagree!
malak khaleq Colourpop's brow pencil is another exact dupe as well
Amanda Seguin i Have to say even the ELF brow pencil isn't terrible
I totally agree! I loved it but it ran out way too quickly for the cost. My NYX one lasted twice as long!
Tati, WHERE is your shirt from??
beetothejee 148 dollars for that shirt??
blooming heck
I agree with you almost 100% of the time, but I'm obsessed with that eyebrow gel! It's the perfect size for my brows. I'll have to try the new one you mentioned!
