Okay, I was at a theatre makeup class last summer and the camp had a ton of extra Makeup Revolution powders except they were in the shade Banana. So I opened one of them and the powder came flying out and went on my hoodie. I tried to brush the powder off and it would not go away. I tried water, soap, the hoodie has also been in the washing machine multiple times and the powder is still there. It's not coming off at all. So at least the powder is long lasting.
I agree with coming in close close to see the glitter or your big pores or how this looks here a closer look would be great. I do like the way you print the product name on the screen if you could just leave it on another maybe half minutes whole body has chance to write it down. Thank you you're very brave to try all these things on your very delicate skin thank you so muchd8

Makeup revolution has different colors of that powder the ghost powder is for super pale people there is a lace powder for slightly more dark pale people they have a banana powder for medium skin tones and a terracotta powder for deep skin tones

I love John Maclean!!! I am going to have to try it, I have the lightest "skin tone" shade in this powder, but it is still kind of dark on me. I love most of my Makeup Revolution products.
I actually really love the makeup revolution ghost powder. I did the same thing you did the first time I used to and used a ton like I would with a typical powder I would bake with. The trick to make it work and look stunning (and easy to wipe away 😂) is the use like half the amount you would with something like coty airspun. Great video, as usual!
It was for Halloween, you are correct but I believe there was so many ultra pale skinned people, like myself, who loved it so much it was brought out in the mainline. It's fabulous but not for someone of Tati's colouring.
Makeup Revolution Ghost Powder was made as part of their *SFX Halloween Makeup* collection. Lack of research is the issue here. Nothing wrong with the product!.
Gillian Wills Ulta’s website says nothing about that. It literally says “set your foundation with this colorless, mattifying facial powder.” So if it is FX makeup, I don’t see how someone could even know that.
The Makeup Revolution's Ghost powder is absolutely fabulous but not for anyone who isn't ultra pale. Why people would buy a shade named Ghost and then be shocked it was white, I do not know. Go for Lace or Banana if you are mid toned skin and Terracotta for darker skin tones. It is about time someone catered for those of us who could bronze with a Light shaded powder.
I’m not sure if anyone’s mentioned this to you (lately), but I really appreciate that you not only put your products mentioned but also products worn in the description. I like to use products I know people love and trust, and sometimes I don’t want to search through loads of videos to find gurus favorites, and yours are consistently in the descriptions. That Makeup revolution powder isn't bad at all. It is just a product that isn't for your skintone and one that you have no need for. They released it during halloween as a way to set ghostly white halloween makeup, but it has turned out to be a really great setting powder that brightens and doesn't darken the concealer of those with really fair skin. Of course a really white powder called "ghost" is going too light for anyone with light medium through deep skintones. Nothin wrong with that. They make powders for every skintone and I think it is great they have went as light as possible for the fair people :) Also, congrats Tati. I loved seeing how excited you were and I can't wait to hear more about the product(s). :)
it is bad, and thats why its so low rated. the fact its low rated means you are in the minority, not tati, so therefor it just happens to work with your skin not it just happens to not work with hers.
I think she was more upset that it got stuck to her foundation and wouldn't come off. I think that it could've been caused from her primer or foundation though.

The ghost powder is a baking powder for the fairest of the fair. I am too light for most brands. As in, KVD white out is the only concealer I can use for “brightening”. I use it like a banana powder since that makes me look jaundice. Not a bad product for the right skin tone.

The ghost powder is supposed to be white. It's like banana powder but for really pale people. They've got a ghost powder, banana powder, and tara cotta powder, all for different skin tones. It does need to be advertised better though, I knew it was a white powder, but that's because I heard about it through a goth makeup blog. Personally I love that powder, it's the only one I'll use.
The problem wasn't the color...it was the fact that it stuck like crazy to her face, literally wouldn't come off and ended up looking patchy and caky AF....
yeah, it stuck to her face and her concealer and wouldn't come off. it's actually what makes her look so bad in this video. i personally use the maybelline powder and it's super cheap and i love it. it brightens but doesn't leave a weird white cast.

I think she's used to the white color brushing off, but since this is a pigmented powder she just assumed it was sticking in a thick layer even though it was actually a normal thin layer. I use this powder all the time and it is not cakey or hard to brush off. But then again maybe the concealer was making it stick weird. I'd love to see her test the banana color so we know for sure.

It's a fantastic powder but not if you are Light and above skin toned. It's amazing for us ultra pale people. Finally something that works and doesn't have to be bought from the "Goth" type brands.

The Makeup Revolution Ghost Powder works really well for me as I'm super pale. It brightens up the under eyes well and I just put some blush on over where it was on the cheeks.
I’ve bought many products from NOTE and I don’t think it’s bad at all. When I first got it and started playing with it I was like hmm eyeshadow is pigmented and blendable, the lipgloss is very nice, great shine, it doesn’t feel too sticky, their matte lip is .... WAKE UP YOU’RE NOT TATI! I would love to see a review!!!!

The doe foot applicator for the foundation I understand is annoying for application because it's so small, but what makes it more unsanitary than using a doe foot on a concealer? I don't ever see people complaining about how gross it is to be using the wand on shape tape concealers etc..
E J but a lot of people use concealer on their whole face, not just under eyes... I use it around my nose to cover redness and I don't understand why it should be more sanitary than using a doe foot applicator with foundation

That brow product actually works on me! I have very thick brows but they are very light in color (so is my natural hair) compared to my skin tone! It's Good for darkening along with a pencil! It's almost like dying your brow hairs

The ghost powder is a baking powder for the fairest of the fair. I am too light for most brands. As in, KVD white out is the only concealer I can use for “brightening”. I use it like a banana powder since that makes me look jaundice. Not a bad product for the right skin tone.
The ghost power is one of my favorites bc I’m super pale and I can use it to lighten other powders and foundations bc usually the lightest shade is too dark for me

The ghost powder is supposed to be white. It's like banana powder but for really pale people. They've got a ghost powder, banana powder, and tara cotta powder, all for different skin tones.
It does need to be advertised better though, I knew it was a white powder, but that's because I heard about it through a goth makeup blog.
Personally I love that powder, it's the only one I'll use.

The problem wasn't the color...it was the fact that it stuck like crazy to her face, literally wouldn't come off and ended up looking patchy and caky AF....
yeah, it stuck to her face and her concealer and wouldn't come off. it's actually what makes her look so bad in this video. i personally use the maybelline powder and it's super cheap and i love it. it brightens but doesn't leave a weird white cast.
Alexe Giroux She never said it looked cakey. I think she's used to the white color brushing off, but since this is a pigmented powder she just assumed it was sticking in a thick layer even though it was actually a normal thin layer.
I use this powder all the time and it is not cakey or hard to brush off. But then again maybe the concealer was making it stick weird. I'd love to see her test the banana color so we know for sure.

Tati, the Ghost powder is for super, super pale skin tones. There's a medium tone powder in that line that is amazing. You ordered the wrong colour.

The Ghost Powder is actually used for halloween makeup, and baking for the paler skin-toned girls. (You can imagine how peach and yellow-toned baking powders are typically used for most of us) You funny, Tati. 🤣🤣🤣 Also, congrats in your new makeup line! 💞💞💞

It's a fantastic powder but not if you are Light and above skin toned. It's amazing for us ultra pale people. Finally something that works and doesn't have to be bought from the "Goth" type brands.
But it’s still out and being sold with their typical lines. So that doesn’t matter. It’s March now friends. It doesn’t matter if it was a Halloween launch if it’s out after Halloween.

The Makeup Revolution Ghost Powder works really well for me as I'm super pale. It brightens up the under eyes well and I just put some blush on over where it was on the cheeks.

The doe foot applicator for the foundation I understand is annoying for application because it's so small, but what makes it more unsanitary than using a doe foot on a concealer? I don't ever see people complaining about how gross it is to be using the wand on shape tape concealers etc..

I think because the eye area is less oily than the rest of your face so not a lot of oil gets on the concealer wand.
E J but a lot of people use concealer on their whole face, not just under eyes... I use it around my nose to cover redness and I don't understand why it should be more sanitary than using a doe foot applicator with foundation
Concealers are usually used over foundation, which means they don’t normally touch bare skin. They pick up less bacteria that way.
Carly Schell PREACH!! Finally someone said it, and also liquid lipstick/lipgloss! That is probably the MOST unsanitary. But idk about other people but I usually apply makeup to clean skin.

That brow product actually works on me! I have very thick brows but they are very light in color (so is my natural hair) compared to my skin tone! It's Good for darkening along with a pencil! It's almost like dying your brow hairs
