Red flags tend to be overlooked, however it's a relief that some people are able to recognize them right away and make lesser mistakes.
The Singaporean men here are actually pretty decent, I'm surprised. Red shirt guy is very real and honest, down to earth, very cool. Black and white shirts guy has several problematic views tho. But overall pretty decent bunch. Black shirt guy is exceedingly eloquent!
(sorry I'm very bad at names)

- asking you whether you live alone and whether you can come to his house to "bang".
- asking you to invest money and refuse/keep giving you excuses not to meet you in person (typical online scammers)
- just tell you to come to his office to meet because he just finished work and this is the first time you are going to see him (boy, you think we don't need time to put on makeup and stuff)
- telling you that he only wants an open relationship

Men who wants to go 50/50 on everything or very calculative about what the woman brings to the table;
Says he wants a woman who is "contented" and don't demand much but then has a long list of traits he expects in a woman like ambitious, has a full time job, take care of kids and also has time to to to the gym (looks good);
Wants a rship but doesn't put effort to communicate or get to know someone on a deep level;
Never have real dates outside his or her home;
Doesn't go down on you;
Has no plans to be financially independent (never held a serious full time job for long, doesn't plan to ever move out from parents house, not serious about having stability etc)
