I have a recipe for you to try out on your channel that I know you will fall in love with because it is so good. It’s call Trout Laguna. We eat a lot of speckled trout here in Texas so this is a staple in our home. You use fresh dill and the green Tabasco to marinate the fish. Use your kitchen scissors to trim small amounts of the dill into your plastic bag for the marinade. Drip dry the fish after 30 min in the marinade and just lay in flower like you did with your AJ’s in the video. The flower is just to add that nice texture to the fish. Then pan fry over medium heat with very little oil in the pan. Mix up some tartar sauce with a bit of that fresh dill to top the fish. So good!

Use fresh crushed garlic instead of garlic powder. You use a pepper greater because the pepper tastes and smells better, The same would be with fresh garlic on fish is totally great. Keep up the good work. Regards from Greece.
Any round fish you catch you should always bleed them out. The best place I've found is right behind the gill plate there is a soft area. Put the knife in in line with the fin. If you catch flat fish put them on their back and the blood will stay in the blood stream. If you put them on their belly the blood will settle into the meat.

Adding Israeli Couscous to Macque Choux (pronounced mock shoo) was a great idea! I’ve had it in restaurants and made myself to accompany redfish or fried oysters. It’s always had a stew like consistency but your presentation was definitely worth copying! In the future I hope you can include recipes on your new channel.
I could never understand how an angler fishes/fights fish with the rod butt tucked under the same arm that he/she reels with! To me it’s one notch down from fishing spinning reel upside down! Just an observation from an old retired skipper!
