- Here is part 2 of Brook and I's trip to Panama City, Florida to fish with Josh from heritage excursions! We caught so many deep sea bottom fish I had to divide the trip into multiple videos! We started this day by catching a ton of vermilion snapper aka beeliner snapper! We caught a mixture of red snapper and gag grouper as well!

You know it's cooking time when you hear the Spanish guitar...
Hey Victor I just wanted to say Thank You because if it weren't for your videos I wouldn't had learned how to cook fish, I am currently 15 years old and know I do know how to cook fish and thank you to you I cook fish for my family, Thank You very much you are the best.
I love your channel. I've been watching you for a long time. It's been fun watching your channel grow. Love that you use the fish to feed your friends and family. And you try new things. And I watch you on the Dexter channel.
That guy prest with the black hat and white shirt on has great manners. Great video buddy.
Thank you for the Video Victor great job Brook with your filming. I was in Port St Joe all weekend from Wednesday until Saturday night about 8ish pm and I came home to Texas.
I love these vermilion snappers and here off the coast of Myrtle beach and Georgetown South Carolina they get huge
That guy is a wizard with a knife, so satisfying to watch
That guy will never get my business. He had an opportunity to impress and blew it. I can imagine how much meat he sacrifices when he's in a hurry and no one is watching.
Excellent video, very educational and packed with action. I was born on PC and vacation there with the family every year during July. We loaded up on the Vermilion Snapper on the Captain Anderson's party boat a couple of years ago. Those fish are delicious. It looks like you had a blast.
love my dexter 7" fillet knife! had a bunch of dexter knifes when i had my pizza shop! they are the best!!!!!
I don't understand why would people put a 👎 freaking haters are out everywhere. This guys makes a full video from catching the fish to seasoning and cook not too many channels do that. Respect to you Vic. Saludos from Honduras 🇭🇳🐟
You and Brook are awesome 👏🏻 always enjoy your fishing and cooking!
So true Helen
WOW... Absolutely delicious looking dinner.
That meal looks fabulous buddy. Great video.
Dios mio, victor this is by far your best dish ever !!!!!!!!
How can i get invited to your dinner table with that amazing food LOL...great as always...
Thank you for keeping the vids coming
I hit Panama City in 1972....The first job I tackled was working on a Seine Boat....with a Pocket Seine catching Cigar Minnows DAMN GOOD BAIT Especially for King Mackerel.....
Aloha, another great video Vik & Brook. Funny how certain areas have certain views of fish species. We love catching Opakapaka which is very similar to your vermilions, but triggerfish aka Hagi aka Humuhumu hardly anyone eats here many considering them a "trash fish". I like them even though you need lineman's pliers to skin them. Mahalo nui, and keep up the great work.
Wow. Amazing episode. 💯👍🏻
you should do a video at hillsboro inlet. the little dock there is open to the public and you can fish there. there are a bunch of snapper, snook, nurse sharks, grouper, barracudas, and some hound fish, i recommend going during low tide going up
Dang you guys killed it. Pretty dope. Tight lines🐟🌎💪
hey vic, it’s nice to see a new setting! blessings from bay county aka pcb!!
Dang that was an awesome video!
I enjoyed every aspect from beginning to end. Well done!
Now I want to pack up and head to Florida!
Great fishing Víctor. You are a good cook.
Missed the tasting evaluation. I'm sure it was as tasty as it looked. Looked like you stayed busy on your PC visit. Thanks for the videos.
Bro try slow pitch jigging, i sold my regular jigging rods and reels since i started slow jigging, way more effective and easier, i started doing this just couple months a go and i already caught big Tunas. Wahoo, grouper, kings and much more im hooked!
HI,

13:28 That guy literally demolished your fish Viktor 😂😂😂

B liners/ vermillion are my favorite to eat
I’m going to pcb the end of July and are taking a boat out. What’s the best thing to do to have a fun day of fishing?
That was a nice dinner plate
id like some feedback on this but if your fishing for small sharks such as leopard sharks can you use 50lb braid leader coated with ductape to prevent it from being torn from the skin? and yes ik you can get wire leader or stronger mono
Nice catch great vibe
Love this one bro !!!
PS: Hi everyone !!
Only place I stay. Need to try out the piers before you leave!
So good to fishing here bro
Victor what reel are you using, looking to get a snapper setup for this season. Thanks
Dude you gotta try this recipe That you are doing now try it with lemon pepper seasoning instead of garlic powder you will love it.... It also works well with a smoker using cherry wood
the porgies down in the baahamas have some of the best colors
Rbeast yeah they do
Would love to see you use a calissa or Lucky craft over there. Those lures are big on the west coast
Cream will not scald you said curdle in the video. I would love to come cook and fish with you. Been a chef for 20 years and love offshore fishing.
Come out to san diego, we have great yoyo fishing. Tmmrw going to mexican waters for california yellowtail much different than florida yellowtail
that porgy looked similar to the ones that we catch up North!
Love your videos, going fishing today I live in Miami do you recommend any fishing spots or Pier?
I love all of your videos, how many days a week do you cook fish at your house. We are couple times a month, mostly Salmon. I need to out in the Gulf and get some, just no time.
Did you find out what they do with the fish carcasses? They'd be good to make fertilizer. I bury all mine in my garden.
Nice vid!
Dang lol, I catch big triggers in Canaveral and I just toss em back lol. Got a 6 lber and tossed em back
Good luck brother
👌👌👌

I was hoping for a charter like this last time , but we went on a party charter and there was like 30+ people and always on the move , so we ended up with only 4 tiny fish 😭

Gotta get your fish head stock and can it so you have homemade seafood stock on hand.
Great stuff as always. Hopefully soon we can collab
