Plumber Gives a Perfect Visual on Why a Plumbing Drain Gurgles.

This is why a sink or bathtub or toilet Gurgles or glugs when it drains.
in this video a plumber takes apart his kitchen sink plumbing venting syystem to show why a plumbing fixture Gurgles when it drains. gurgling can cause sewer gases to come up through the ptrap of the fixture which can be very dangerous.

Thank you for making this video. After the housing corporation we rent from removed the old chimneys when they isolated the roofs, they also removed the pipe on the standing pipe that went into the chimney to vent the gasses to the outside, and they simply put a venting valve on the inside of the attic. But they put it lower than the piping with p-trap of the central heating and water boiler. Which now gurgles all the time.
Also we noticed that we had a lot of eye irritation (burning eyes and inflamation) in the last years, and I recon the H2S gasses are likely the cause.
I am having the in-house plumber of the corporation come in next wednesday and will show him this video, and ask him kindly to put a vent up on the roof to vent to the outside rather than inside the building.

A plumber came to fix my sink but after he left the sink will make gurgling noise like bubbles should I call em back?
