Tensile strength is nothing to do with building construction except few fancy designs. What about bending strength? Definetly far less thaan steel as is can be rolled like electric cable. Cannot be used for column, beam, roof etc, except for flooring. Tensile strength is applicable only where streching the material like lifing a load.
