Leigh Donovan does a great tutorial of 5 mtb skills with GMBN, and the bunny hop part is the best I've seen (and I've seen a ton).
There are a lot of good channels out there. Here are a couple i enjoy: MTB Alan, The Outsider MTB, Shut Up and Ride MTB, Sendero Seeker, Kristofer Yahner, RC's Outdoor Gold, B1ker, 732MTB, AZDirtLife, James Stoup, MTB FlowRider, MTB Trail Magic, TkolboMTB and JF Rides. There are a couple more channels I'm sure I'm forgetting but this is a good start.

For skill level smaller channels I like. Steady Spin, Pat Smage, and Awesome MTB (I know more than 10K subscribers) And there's a local guy Lunch ride. haha
Yeah, see, I'm humble now. When I cross the 10k mark, I will be know as Mr. Big Britches and it will be hard for me to talk to the common folk. So, lets be friends now while I'm still an alright guy!
