There is a limited percent (approximately 25%) of people who are willing to grasp a leader's vision and apply their current skills or gain new skills to bring the vision to pass. The question is how do you find that 25%? Jesus did it by climbing mountains to pray each day and finding those that would climb with him (25% of the 12 Apostles): Peter, John and James. Once you find that 25%, they are typically motivated to help.
What is grit? Observe the average person under 45, then imagine the opposite.
