- When you've been in a long term relationship (LTR), cohabitating &/or marriage attraction can easily dwindle mostly due to comfort, complacency & familiarity. When the attraction fades, so does the passion...& oftentimes even the respect.
On this Attraction Tips video I'm going to be discussing some ways that you can begin to boost your girl's attraction for you. Because if there's still something there, if she still has at least a little bit of attraction left or you, there's still hope. It's going to take some work, but I promise that it will be worth it in the long run.

This channel keeps me going. I was seriously about to give up. Completely. I just want to say thank you for everything you do. I greatly appreciate these videos.
Never give up! We all hit those roadblocks where it feels like you're not getting anywhere no matter how hard you work at it. It's really about a mindset change when you get to that point. When you're focused too much on the negative, that's all you're going to see & experience. It's time to reboot & get your head in a more positive place...you want to believe that it's right around the corner by crushing small goals that are leading to the bigger goal. It gives you a sense of accomplishment & gives you the incentive to keep going. But, I'm glad my videos are helping!
Great video, coach. Of course, the real hard part is to actually do these things (start working out/eating better, improving your social life and meeting new people, finding a new hobby, etc.). I'm finding myself lacking the energy to pull it through, then months pass and it becomes even harder.
Main way I think about it that helps me out: in 3 months time you'll either be better or the same. Guess which one makes things easier overall?
@@kylel7158 yeah, that's the point. It's one thing to know it logically, and a very different thing to actually gather the willpower to do it.

@@ddmozz For sure, I get it man. It's easy to stay the same; much harder to change. You've got it in you. You beat out a ton of other sperm to the race to the egg. You've still got that innate drive in you.
@D Z -- you're right...getting started & developing new habits is difficult. What i recommend is that, rather than looking at the top of the mountain & wondering how the hell you're going to make it up there, just look at the ten feet in front of you & focus on getting there first; little by little. When you hear about everything that you need to change, it's overwhelming...which can be discouraging. But, by just taking little bites you're going to feel a sense of accomplishment, which will give you fuel to keep going.
Finding new hobbies, or even purpose, is mostly about trying things that interest you & finding passion. It doesn't always have to be social either. One of my hobbies is collecting vinyl records. It's not really a social hobby, but I love nerding out on them.
Meeting new people is much more difficult with covid & lock downs, but a good place to start is meetup.com...there's also an app. If you're unfamiliar with it, you can find meetups with like minded people for topics that interest you. It's a good place to meet compatible women as well.
I recently picked up an interesting book you might want to check out on getting fit, eating right & having incredible sex called, "The 4 Hour Body" by Tim Ferris. This might help you get on track & have a plan to follow.
Overall, when you get started on this stuff you WILL begin to fell better & more driven.

It's just simple:
Dating & Relationship are for benefits and all in favor of women but its a voluntary duty and service when it comes to men.
As a man its important that you clearly understand this so that you are aware of what you are entering to.
Well, I suppose it depends on how you look at it. if you pick the right kind of woman you will benefit from the relationship as well...especially if you have kids.
@@SkillofAttraction haha in todays dating.. women are now easily get distracted due to the advent of the social medias and dating apps wherein they have instant access to tons of high value guys at any given time and they can have a passive supply of guys while enjoying the priviledge of choosing them while sitting back and relaxing.
All in all.. those golden era of romance was already over (1800s-1980s) and we have to embrace the transitional era and today’s era of dating. Those days are gone and we have to adapt now the changes.
@@subliminalsanctuary7832 Well, that's true...but the fundamentals of attraction haven't changed & they won't in our lifetime. Women have always had many more options than men. The only thing that men can do is to be the best version of themselves & the right women will come to them & submit. Make sure that she continues to earn your love & attention & she's not going anywhere, whether she has options with other high value men or not.

I could probably work that in. But for now, just remember that women WANT to be in your fame...they WANT you to hold the power in the relationship, despite that they will tell you otherwise. They will do everything they can to take the power & get you into their frame. It's a giant test to see if you have what it takes to lead her & to lead any potential future family you may have with her. Much of what women do is to ensure their own survival & that of their offspring (current or future offspring). They desire & need a strong leader.

Evolution doesn't need couples who are happy long term.. it's a big challenge remaining truly happy and satisfied in a LTR but idealistic people keep trying, and a few seem to make it :)
(Maybe I'm a bit cynical here)
The universe only really cares about 2 people coming together & having children, & raising those children to do the same. The relationship is up to the people in it. While happiness is always a moving target, of course you still want to do what's possible to make your relationship enjoyable & passionate.
Mr.Coach ....I have 2 questions and I hope you will answer me 🥺
1. Is late night calling to a girl daily helps a girl makes attraction towards you ,means is it a good idea? Should I talk to her for hours daily at night
2. Why She chats very less and goes offline after 5/6 msgs but when she calls we talk so much ,if she is out with her friends she don't call she only chats with me, should I chat?
It's not a good idea to spend a lot of time on the phone, whether you're talking or texting. This will build familiarity, but not attraction. As I talked about in this video, attraction doesn't come from comfort & familiarity...it actually has the opposite effect. Instead, you want to focus on getting her out on dates, or at least spending time together in person.
The most likely reason she jumps offline after only a few messages is that she gets bored...or perhaps she's just busy. Girls get bored easily, so you want to keep your interactions fun & interesting.

@@salmansheikh9917 You just want to keep your time on the phone to a minimum. if she calls, talk to her for while, but it's best to cut the conversation short...preferably ending the conversation on a high note, which will leave her wanting more.

No matter how you approach the trick is to be confident, have fun, & don't get attached to any outcomes...& be sure that your mindset is a deserving one (ie: that you deserve a girl like her). Years ago I read about one particular creative approach that I thought was brilliant, but I haven't had the opportunity to try yet. When you're in a a crowd (ie: bar, music fest, etc) & see an attractive girl, approach her like you know her, with an upbeat attitude & say, "Hey! I'm so glad that you could make it! Thanks for coming!"...maybe even hug her, then walk away & talk to other people/girls. This will have her mind on you all night, & most definitely any time that she sees you, because she'll be so confused & wonder if she knows you or what you're talking about. if this doesn't encourage to come talk to you, give it a bit then go talk to her. If she asks if she knows you or why you said that, just respond with something like, "no, we don't know each other. I was just happy you came tonight" followed by a cocky grin. Of course keep that vibe going once you begin talking her with playful teasing, non-sexual touching (kino), exhibiting a little sexuality, flirting...& if she's responsive to all that, you're in...get her number or escalate right then & there.

@@SkillofAttraction yes sir we did sir, I appreciate the amazing advice so far. It’s been a very hard 8 months for me. I’ve done many different things to improve myself and she hasn’t reached out since. I’m just worried she might not ever reach out I feel like she’s the perfect girl for me
@@rades920 I know, no contact is very difficult. You just have to keep improving yourself, BUT you should also be meeting/dating new women. I know it's difficult when your heart is with someone else, but your energy will be different if you do. That's important because if you have a connection she will feel your energy shift. She won't feel it consciously, but if she cares it will encourage her to reach out at some point. She will feel that you're no longer pining for her & part of the idea of no contact is to make her feel that she better take some action or she may lose you forever. You have to see yourself as the prize, rather than seeing her as the prize.

@@rades920 I do not recommend that you engage with any of her social media (no 'likes', no comments...not even a good idea to watch her stories), because that's all subtle ways of trying to get her attention. You want HER to try & get YOUR attention. This gives you more value to her. She won't do that if she knows that she already has your attention.
