So, by that logic, the Jedi killed in Order 66 and then also the Jedi Obi Wan checks the pulse of in the arena. Also, in Clone Wars Season 7, order 66 happens so they might count. Finally, Yoda has a vision of Shaak Ti's canonical death in Clone Wars season 6, so technically, seeing as Order 66 is in Season 7, that would still count because it is on screen and happens during the Clone Wars.
