Heavily agree on habit 3 with applying the knowledge. I’ve been absorbing knowledge for a while on many things but recently I’ve realized that I got nowhere. Now I’m trying to adopt my own philosophy of “application is power, not knowledge”
Love that reframe. Very powerful.
I thought you were going to say, drinking, smoking and doing drugs. Boy, am I relieved.
Too obvious. ;)
LOL!
Of All the noise, clutter, chaos among youtube when it comes to self help and improvement,
You offer the highest level of practical wisdom
I really appreciate your work man
Thank You
Wow, thank you! I really appreciate the love.
Oof you nailed the last one for me- setting shorter deadlines for yourself requires discipline to stick to them without that external consequence.
I'm guilty as charged on that one.
Solid video, Anthony. Thanks.
Thank you!
Really valuable, man, thank you
My pleasure! Glad you enjoyed.
Well said, Sir 👌🏼

A genuinely helpful video! Thank you!! 👍🏻
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much man, that was amazing.
Glad you liked it!
Agreed. My life is more boring and simple now, but I’ve had the most growth by eliminating bad habits instead of taking on new ones.
Also nice to see you back. A boost of motivation, when you’ve been relying on discipline for a while is always a treat!
Glad I could be that boost of motivation! :)
Great job. Gratitude makes a world of difference.
It's everything!
This was such a great video! So helpful!! Keep up the great work! I have a lot of these bad habits but i need to know this.

Glad you liked that one!
Excellent
Thank you! Cheers!
Excellent insights! A powerful addition could be regularly scheduled self-reviews to assess and adjust our habits, ensuring continuous improvement🌱.
Agreed
Great advice in which I look to provide the same value. Lovecthe content. Stay Uncommon!
You got it!
Very true bro
Preach! :)
"Addition through subtraction" / "making the cut" AKA time to trade "players or playthings" (here I am on repeat) time to roll. have a great day.
Go get it!
Great video on breaking bad habits and achieving greatness! The concept of addition through subtraction is so profound. I love the analogy of good habits as an accelerator and bad habits as an emergency brake. It really resonates with how we can achieve our goals by letting go of what holds us back. Also, the insights on scarcity mindset, gratitude, prioritizing impact over urgency, connecting dots, and focusing on one task at a time are eye-opening. The discussion on Parkinson's Law and shortening deadlines for increased productivity is so practical and applicable. Thanks for sharing such valuable insights, Anthony! Looking forward to implementing these strategies in my life.
Glad you enjoyed!
Good Video 👍🙂
Glad you enjoyed it
Will be using this video for an upcoming meeting on Tuesday. I titled "Ways of Working". Let's just say this video is right on time. And we are diving in on Habit V with help on the 80/20 Rule or Pareto Principle. Thanks 😊
Love it!
Totally agree 👍😎 we have to let go things that aren't helping us to let space for good habits to be in our lives
Exactly right!
14mins of pure gold
Thank you, thank you, thank you
Oh man. This is the good stuff right here
Hells yeah. Psyched you enjoyed.
But its is tho😂
The scarcity mindset is so prevalent in some young men, looking for love. I don't understand incels. All women are not shallow, judgemental, and spoiled. Go out and just talk to people.
Agreed
One tip I heard from Dr. K is to go to a grocery store and see how many couples and families there are, and realize that the married men and dads are not alpha sigma male model millionaires but regular people who found other regular people they liked.
I love this dude
Thank you! I appreciate it.
He is cool
I do love your wisdom and i would really like to listen to your opinion about how to understand that it's time to give up because the universe seems to be against you or that you need to persevere and keep going even if there are too many obstacles and you're completely burned out.
That's a really hard decision to make (and highly personal)...
But in my experience, it's almost ALWAYS too soon to give up. In most cases, you simply haven't done the total amount of work required to find success.
But again, only you can know for certain if you've done the work.
they say “it’s not a lack of resources, but a lack of resourcefulness” that can keep one down.
I feel like you should have more than 218k subs by now dude..
Sorry. I’m doing my best. 😉
Amazing video! Nice concentration of useful things. Much appreciated that subscribed to this channel. Also just subscribed to mailing list. Let’s see how far it will goes )
Thanks for the sub! Syked you enjoyed this one.
Some key points in congruence with those discussed in “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.”
Nice!
Let's go!
Here for it.
That which you seek is seeking you
Beautiful thought
Unless there’s a restraining order involved! 🤣
Yes, it did bring me a ton of value. Parkinson's Law.....I procrasinate monthly to the last minute to earn the money to pay the bills. I need to change to a two week at the beginning of the month model for bill paying.
That's a good idea. Go implement!
Love
:)
About to give up. I am literally living in the deepest area in my life. Everything sucks, no good school life, no good friends, no good personality, no discipline, I hate the way I am being right now, I hate my appearance. I don’t know what to do, the only thing I know is I don’t like this life and I am supposed to change it, whatever it takes
Sorry to hear you're struggling. Keep going, friend.
Parkinson Law - how about not doing task within a day? Any consequences? Because based on CCPM (critical chain project mgmt by Goldratt) you should estimate just to comlpete with 50% chances, beeing aggressive, but accepting that you may exceed the time you estimated.
i am 14 years old and i think your videos could help me going on university and starting mu first buissnes thanks
Psyched to hear it!
Hey Anthony, there is a recent news story about shortening output times in the news cycle. Elon Musk bought Twitter. It had three server farms. As a cost savings Elon wanted to reduce size and complexity of Twitter, down to a pair of server farms. Engineers and general employees were giving him blowback that it would be impossible in less than a year. Then, less than 6 months. Then, arguing back and forth. One night Elon and a few helpers showed up. They severed all connections, with a pocket knife. The next morning 98% of the employees at that location, were terminated. At last reports, nothing major happened.
Complexity typically only exists to propagate more complexity.
Simple almost always wins in the en.
If your here your looking to better yourself. Doing this is not only part of it . Its the whole think to at least try
Good point
I wanna know about this $mil+ window washing business

There's a bit of lag on public facing data. You're actually ~7,200th.
Gaming is relaxing for me and fun why is gaming bad? But still good video my friend.
Agreed, I have been a gamer for decades and it is a solid hobby for me.
@@clintjensen7814 👍👍
Passengers on the Titanic continued playing cards in the gaming room after it was announced the ship was sinking.
Playing cards helped them relax and cope with the stress.
Unfortunately, this relaxing activity did nothing to solve the underlying problem (the ship was sinking) and by the time these people decided to do something to solve their actual problem... it was too late.
As a result, 70% of those onboard (1,517 people) died.
There's nothing inherently wrong with playing video games...so long as you aren't using it as a means for disconnecting from the things in your life that actually require attention.
@@AnthonyVicino Thanks for this explanation!

@@AnthonyVicino your super welcome bro
People who work in a corporate environment don’t have the luxury doing doing the prioritization that you describe.
Agree to disagree
Depends on the corporation and the boss you have.
If you have a controll freak thats obssesed with urgency you dont get to time prioritize.
It realy depends on the work place and The company culture.
So both of you are right, depending on the work place😊
Agree to agree/disagree
Ty for video
Like this comment if you prefer no background music
We've measured this one pretty extensively:
Average Watch Time on videos without music is less than on videos with music.
The people have made their preference pretty clear.
@@AnthonyVicino good to know thanks
I thought it was 86 percentage, thanks for clarifying, let us know more about this scientific research
