I recently decided to stop watching porn and attend meetings. At this point in time, I’ve been gratefully sober from porn for a little over 2 months, and I gotta say that I didn’t even realize how bad my addiction was until I actually tried to stop viewing it. I realized I have a lot of emotional problems, mainly with ego. Thankfully though, the more the days go by, the less I feel the urge to view pornography. Yes, the temptations are still there, but I’ve noticed that I can ignore a lot of them.
For the longest time ive been addicted to porn but just recently i realised that 2 weeks of improvement and 1 day of relapsing wont solve my addiction of 4 years which is why i strive to do better brother ❤
