Love this video. I watched it a few days ago and went and bought my peppers and onions and then searched and searched for this again, and finally found it this morning. Glad I did because I was thinking the time was 75 or 90. i would have ruined them for sure. Thanks for the video.

It happens when you leave your jars in the canner with the lid on. I had it happen to me once. I was very tired and went to bed after turning the stove off. Ruined all my work- makes everything taste tinny.

Flat sour is a term used to describe the spoilage of canned foods caused by bacteria that survive high temperatures and produce acid without gas
