Loved Too Much and Not the Mood!! Such beautiful writing. And I'm excited because I have The Cost of Living on its way to me through a book exchange... I've had it on my TBR for ages and I'm eager to get to it!
I also really loved the essay on marriage in Trick Mirror and think about it from time to time. I need to read Too Much and Not the Mood and So Sad Today soon!
too much and not the mood sounds like something i would be interested in. i recently took so sad today off of my tbr cause i wasn't a huge fan of milkfed and dont read enough nonfiction to pick this one up for fun.

I'm also a latina with an overly complicated name and that essay in Too Much and Not in the Mood was so relatable. Now I want to go back and re-read it since it's been a while.
Have you read Good Immigrants, edited by Nikesh Shukla? There is a US version of this book with essays from there as well, but I have only read the UK one so far. There is also an essay in there about names and overall I learned a lot from this book. I have only read the one by Deborah Levy, but I'm interested in all of them!
