    I used to be into fasting until I found the Primal Diet. I actually ignored the advice of not to fast for a while, but ended up realizing it is bad, so I stopped. I looked up primal diet and searched by upload date and thats how I found you

    If you’re starting from a SAD/high carb diet, then try a modified keto diet and slowly transition to carnivore or you may get some electrolyte issues as well as gut micro biome. Take a year and slowly transition into it

    a question about fasting.. you mentioned you eat around 5:30-6pm then not eat until when the next morning? you said you do a fasted workout around 6:30-7am.. what did you say your morning meal consisted of? thx
