This one isn't for the faint of heart If you want me to get you in the best shape of your life using only kettlebells, hit the link in my bio to apply🫡 Here's the workout: Swing to clean to squat to thruster = 1 rep Try getting 6 reps without setting the bells down, for one round Complete 6 rounds, finishing off each round with 50 pushups (You can do less pushups, just sharing what I did) Using two 24kg bells, recommend you start with as light as 8kg if you're not fit, 12-16kg if you are

What weight do you use for the mace?
I don’t have enough energy in the morning to start lifting kettles empty stomach in morning.
Here's the workout: 20 alternating swings (10 each side) 5 clean/press/windmills each side 6 lunges per side 10 rows each side That's all one round Perform as many rounds as you can within 45 minutes Take breaks as needed between exercises & rounds I'm using a 30kg for reference If you want to master the kettlebell & finally get results, hit the link in my bio to apply for 1-1 coaching🫡

thank you man, you are a true inspiration! 🙌 just wanted to ask your opinion about a different topic: i have problems with my flexibility, especially deep squats. do you think that if I do a lot of kb front squats, kosak squats etc it would fix it?
Could be to long femurs depending on your height, limited ankle flexion. Don’t worry about doing flat foot deep squats. Start with a weight plate or wedge under each heal. Will allow you to get deep and not feel strained. Lmk how that goes

Heyy man,what do you think about this split? A:pushups-10,underhand inverted rows-10,swings-15 X10 sets B:Halo(kb 20kg)-10(each side),overhand inverted rows-10,squats-15 X10 sets 4 day a week,and been doing inverted rows only bc I dont have space for pullup bar. And what would you suggest to do?

It's not useless. I used it to fix flat feet. Worked great. Also it's great for forearm development. You just have to use enough weight. Feet straight ahead and 100 reps in each direction. It's well worth doing.
Did doing that exercise really give your foot more of an arch?
@idioticVids7 yes. Mark Wildman has a very good video on it. It'll take 3-6 mo. 3 days a week. Be consistent.
