thx for all your info and lessons. it is by you I started working on my dad his 35x and I enjoyed watching you many houres because you make it seem so easy. You start with something and you take the time for showing really everthing and you give also the details feet/pound... From Belguim really a million times thanks for all your effort and sharing your knowledge. Dieter
Hi Lance. Im replacing my pto shaft like in the video but using a new sparex shaft. The new shaft differs in that only has one distinct snapring groove on pumpside and other end has a raised ring of metal machined no distinct snapring groove so i guess that takes its place now?
That silicon was the cause of the rust on the PTO shaft. No chance of my PTO shaft getting rusty. It is well lubricated under the cap from the seal leaking as they all do after awhile. lol. Another good video thanks Lance. Looking forward to you getting back to the 1948 TEA20. Do you plan any more videos for the barn find TEA20?
Hi Lance, thnx for the info. just one question, does the rear end / hydraulics have any short of oil filter that needs to be changed? If so where is it located?
Thanks Lance One more question for you, do you know if it is possible to convert a single clutch FE35 to a duel clutch. The reason I ask is I only use my tractor for slashing and makes life very difficult to stop in a hurry or reversing up. If it is possible I suppose the cost would be quite high. Thnx again.
Hi, I have a te20 that jumps out of 1st gear. Have you done a video on fixing that type of problem? I have to20 and to30's also. My te20 has a pto over ride clutch lever on the left side that needs adjusting too. I can't find any thing on the internet that address my problem. Hoping you might be able to help me. Thanks for your channel. Very well done.
i guess im asking the wrong place but does someone know a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I stupidly lost the account password. I love any help you can offer me!
@Spencer Kamdyn Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process now. I see it takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Howdy Lance, is replacing the PTO oil seal on a 1954 TEA-20 as per this video? I noticed the back of my PTO is different to your goldie so I suppose they made some mods along the way. I have fitted an O ring under the cap flange and it seems to have stopped the leak but I would prefer to do it properly. Thanks for the time and effort to share your knowledge. Ron
Im not sure years ago one of my employees didnt do that as if things were quiet I would get them to do little jobs on my tractors. On the bright side it didnt leak, lol.

I cant recall doing a Sparex one but that would make sense with the bigger shaft
Good knowledge sir ge.
Thanks
Great!

G Day Mal, Yes the 1948 will follow Goldie and the barn find will have the odd thing here and there.
Hi Lance, thnx for the info.

The older tractors dont have a filter just the later ones, probably around when the 3 cyl Perkins engine was fitted.
Thanks Lance

G Day Ron, I think you would need to find the TE20 video on the pto seal. It will be closer to yours I believe.
might be stupid question do u need to drain back end oil to change the seal many thanks
Usually yes but I have backed them up a steep bank and got away with it.
Hi Lance- which brand and model of snap ring pliers do you have there? They look very good and I'd like to get a pair too. Thanks
I try and but Knipex if possible or ABW seems good too.
Hi Lance.... what is the make of the red grease you are using....?
G Day Dave, Valvoline Ultra.
Can you please post link where you got that bearing and seal.kit I ordered one but seal is too small thanks
Look up Queensland Tractor Spares.com.au
Do upp a 6 volt generator for a te20
Might do one day.
Moze li prevod,, na srpsko hrvatski,,
