I’m a nursing assistant and my patients range in ages from 20-40-80’s and I am just so satisfied to see this woman taking care of herself still using the functionalities that God blessed her with. I hope to be like her at that age 😍🙏🏽

What does she eat, how does she spend her days, what does she worry about, what was her childhood like, what have her relationships been like, does she drink, does she have a spiritual life, etc. So many people have veered off in such unnatural directions (processed food diet, chronic stress, lack of physical activity, etc) that of course they've become unhealthy. We could certainly learn a few things from her and others like her, and find out what some of the common denominators are. I enjoy learning about people's lives. Unfortunately I can't personally talk to her or most others around the world like her, but I could read about her quite easily. Granted some of it is probably due to good genes, but I'm certain her lifestyle has had a lot to do with her good health and longevity.
