Always great content. With a 2.0L myself, I’ll definitely keep following your build for inspiration. Also, curious to see what you’ll decide to do once the turbo wastegate rattle starts coming in
@@ExpeditionBuilds Currently, I’m just riding it out. Out of warranty at this point. Most people who can actually get the dealer to move on it tho are getting new turbos completely as the fix -__-
@@ExpeditionBuilds 2018. Supposedly there were plenty of updates to the 2.0L since the first round. I really have no one else to blame but myself for buying a first year model
Hi CJ. Here you go: www.quadratec.com/p/holley/intech-cold-air-intake-wrangler-jl-2.0L-turbo-engine-223-37 Strange I only saw it listed for the 3.6L on the Holley site?
Oddly enough, Holley is not listing this intake for the 2.0L on their site any longer. They are only showing it for the 3.6L. I'm going to reach out them and ask. I'll post back when I hear back.
Hey Glenn! When it was available, it retailed for around $384. I was just on Realtruck and saw this. Are they making this intake available again? realtruck.com/p/holley-intech-cold-air-intake/hol-223-37/?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiAnrOtBhDIARIsAFsSe52N4gvZ-RpH2VvpSigRt3cRZfXj54Ah-e1HtIymHErtpivdkkfWXuwaAnxsEALw_wcB
@@ExpeditionBuilds just a standard flash mail in tune, but I know a lot of guys that did it without any additional upgrades. As long as your exhaust system is stock, the AFE Dp & ECU can live inside those adaptive tolerances. Takes about 3 start ups to adapt. As far as intake only K&N drop in, 5-8hp gain, nothing like what you have. Low range idle to 30mph & Mid range 45-60mph Is where the power is felt. Turbo lag is still present but not nearly as noticeable. The websites posted gains seem very accurate for both JL & KL, awaiting spot for dyno sometime next month with a few other guys same day. I run a 4x4 Cherokee same 2.0T, my fellow trail riders/ 2 ride the 2.0T JL you have, but we are all post AFe DP and looking to see dyno results, our 3rd guyhas the 3.6 but he’s also testing a different exhaust with livernois.
@@adventurer4188 Thanks for getting back to me, appreciate it! Which tune did you go with? The DP I have have marked for next, but frankly haven't done a lot of research on it. Let me know what you find when you get her on the dyno.
@@cartermackenzie1135 I was just looking at the AFE website. It looks like they are only offering the Charge Pipe for the the 2.0L T now. Thanks for the info Carter!
Nice upgrade! 👍🏼

So I have to ask, what are going to do with the wastegate rattle?

@@dr.lefort1596 Gotcha! It happens.
The jb4 piggy back, go fast bits BOV, catch can & muffler delete and she scoots! Absolutely love the 2.0T with E-torque.
Nice! Did the GFB BOV make a difference?
@@ExpeditionBuilds definitely did!
I have the jeep turned up and it holds solid throughout the pull. Sounds great too!
@@Rosarioworx Nice to hear this feedback Nick. I'll be looking into the downpipe, BOV and tuner. Thanks!

Thank you and great hearing from you!
Nice video
Thanks! Good hearing from you.
Can u do this with a 4xe too
Hi, I would think so since the 4Xe is the same 2.L. I would recommend contacting Holley for verification on this.
Cant seem to find this, do you have a link?

cant find this for sale for me 2024
Hi Jeremiah! Have you tried contacting Holley? Last time I spoke with them, they thought they might begin production again.
Would you attach a link to where I can get it? Please

@ExpeditionBuilds i was just wondering if you ever heard anything back from holley? I'm not finding it listed on there site anymore either. Thanks
Dang it. They dont make it for my 2023 JL w 2.0
How strange. Did you reach out directly to Holley?
How much was this intake?

AFe downpipe will wake it up a lot.
Tell me more. Any additional mods beside the downpipe?

chnge your thumbnails text color please do higlight text colors use yellow color or red background white like that
It doesn't fit the 2024

I love it too but, the terrible sound of it is terrible lol. I've had 4 cylinder turbos and never were this loud and clunky. But the intake is awesome
So true! Something about the direct injection on this engine that make it loud and almost like a piece of agricultural equipment.
