I think the guy/girl of this video made it on purpose. I mean- theres red diamonds, purple diamonds and even black.
Pink, red, yellow and whitte diamonds could be more easy to find, so thats another reason.

For the other diamonds, yellow has nitrogen, and pink and red simply have irregularities in thier crystal lattice (red has more). There’s also purple diamonds, which contain hydrogen

I was cleaning a woman sapphire one day, and found a ruby within it upon inspecting it with the loupe, although it was fairly obvious to my naked eye. For those of you studying precious gems, can you guess why? Rubys are red corundum. Sapphires are blue corundum. The person owning this beautiful combination of corundum was estatic!

A kind reminder that you can find yellow black and brown diamonds on the road after construction. Most drills and saws used during construction have diamond tips that have these tiny colored diamonds on them that can fall off the blades and drill bits. Cody'sLab does an excellent job demonstrating how to find these diamonds :)

Though I would pick up one of those construction diamonds, they're not good enough to make jewelry from unless you just appreciate them for what they are

I guess that kind of applies to a lot of stuff like gold, iron, and so on. The main thing you're really paying for are the costs associated in extracting it and processing it like with diamonds it needs to be cut by a professional jeweler. But yeah still expensive 😅
While you're at a beach make sure you keep an eye out for this yellow amergrease thing. People usually ignore it and mistake it for a rock. But it's actually incredibly expensive and used for perfumes and colognes.

For every colored diamond mined they are hundreds of thousands of white diamonds mined they are extremely rare and I've seen a one carat red diamond 💎 go for over a million dollars not all will fetch this price it depends on the color cut and clarity and size I've seen yellows which are one of the least rare of colored diamond still fetch hundreds of thousands and some fetch millions although most the time they are multiple carat's

very much real (there's GR1, H3, H-related and N-related defects)
GR1 defect causes the diamond to turn green or green-blue (radiation exposure)
H3 causes the diamond to turn green or yellow-green (natural annealing)
H-related defect causes the diamond to turn grey-green or brownish green (formed in the mantle)
Ni-related defect causes the diamond to turn yellow-green or green-yellow (formed in the mantle)
