I love pink diamonds the most. One of earliest one the huge pink oval is probably my favorite. My favorite cuts though are the emerald and Asscher cuts although cushion cuts aren’t bad. My late husband although he couldn’t afford any of these beauties (if he could have I’d probably have ended up with half of them) but he bought me some high end replicas. Today my favorite designer remains Charles Winston (yes related to Harry, his great nephew I believe) and I love wearing my jewelry. Although it’s certainly nice to be able to afford these jewels, don’t let lack of money stop you from being the most beautiful woman around. Investigate diamond stimulants and for real luxury, moissanite. The attention I get reminds me daily how much my beloved cared for me and cherished me.

I bought some beautiful Chocolate Diamond Studs from Argyle and had them set in Rose Gold. I'd never heard of chocolate diamonds before so my Mum & I got matching ones. They are really pretty.

it amazes me that all this money is not put to use for good, important and life changing conditions of all human beings. Incredible that we give soooooooooooo much importance to all this, than to the thousands living in total poverty, to the terrible and deteriorating situation of our planet, to the misery of those affected by natural disasters... and and endless list of good use that this money could be well put for. But then, this is what we are, we put the importance of life on money and power, and that explains what human kind represents. SAD.

Seen the Hope Diamond displayed at the Smithsonian. The entire hall of gems is one of the most beautiful exhibitions I have seen. The entire hall special lite displaying all of the donated collections of Mrs. Post and other generously donated gifts to the First Ladies and the government treasury are housed at the Smithsonian Hall of Gems. It is something worth taking the effort to see. The hope diamond is only one of many gems.
