Be great to see the house on Madeira, of the last Austrian Emperor and king of Hungary, where the family Habsburg lives with their 7 children's, and where the king dead. Thanks
I was around then and I don't recall Jackie ever "mourning the loss of Aristotle!" She married him for money and protection and he married her for the "trophy wife" status and prestige - period! From what I recall, she did everything possible to avoid him - he'd fly to NYC to see her and when she found out he was on his way she'd fly to Europe. Then he'd fly to Europe to catch up with her only to have her leave before he arrived - this was not a "love story" by any stretch, more like a "business arrangement!" We have a way of sugar coating a lot of our history.
This is exactly what I told my friends: She was a really despicable woman! She came to this planet only to Dress up, show up and manipulate Man to have a rich lifestyle without doing nothing. Maria Callas said in a interview that Jackie Kennedy was very bad luck person and brought misfortunes in every person she has close contact! She's stole Onassis from Maria Callas...The love of her life!😢😢😢

Aristotle first dated Jackies Sister; he then met Jackie and decided he wanted to Marry Jackie .I read he Payed Jackie some Money so she would Marry him. How could she Refuse the Money! You can get anything with Money !
Ive read numerous books about her from growing until her death. She was a wonderful mother fearing the lives of her children more so, after the death of Robert Kennedy.. I met a lady in up state New York who worked for her. This lady spoke of her as being generous and kind. We all survive our circumstances im the best way we know how. I just know there's no way I would have been able to be in that car the day she lost her husband. The trauma of that day will never be forgotten! She handled these set of circumstances with such graciousness. She made mistakes like we all do .She was the only queen we've ever had leaving a legacy that we never be appreciated by everyone. Doing more and leaving more than we are even aware.
Really. We should stop idolizing people. Other than the assassination of JFK, which was truly devestating, she was no saint. She did what many women of her kind of background did; she married Onassis for money and stability. She had affairs with married men ; RFK, Jr and Maurice Tempelsman (that affair began 4 years before he and his wife separated and he was still married while they were living together). I admire the fact that she held a job, which she obviously did not need to do financially. She raised 2 well adjusted children...not easy to do. But people should stop putting her up on a pedestal.
You, I’m certain, have access to more intimate knowledge of the life of Jackie K Onassis , but I think my memory of her attitude toward her second husband was reported as being more mercenary and calculating then loving. She was busy elsewhere when Onassis died , she didn’t spend anytime mourning but she did secure substantial monetary security to live life in the manner she felt best suited her needs and satisfied her desires. I’m curious about the time she needed to fulfill her philanthropic obligations, as mentioned. How and what did she do in that regard? The Grey Garden’s saga made me wonder about her empathy toward others, even her own relatives.
I believe that's quite untrue. There was no hidden agenda between Aristotle or Jackie. He wanted her style and contacts she wanted security for her children. The shock of that JFK's death would have haunted her 24/7. Thousands of women have married for money and security and made no secret of it.

Jackie Kennedy earned every penny she got for living with Onassis. Onassis was during their marriage still carrying on a love affair with a certain opera star named Maria Callas.

What is wrong with Caroline's generation. It's all money money money there's not an ounce of sentiment there, it's just sell sell sell don't worry about keeping any of these properties to hand to the next generations. So sad when you think about the histories of some of those properties
Caroline has no use for Red Gate Farm as her children are now older and have moved on with their lives and careers. They have plenty, she does not need to keep funding this place. It wasnt her childhood home. Caroline is now in her 60's, time for her to downsize her holdings and it's none of your business.

I'll never understand why the rooms of most of these mansions had such bland colors in them. Some had wallpaper, but most of them were white and beige. I just believe that old buildings should be brought back to their initial glory... I do think it's a shame that one of these buildings was demolished. We lose a piece of our history whenever that happens.

He blamed Jackie for his sons death he said,it was due to the Kennedy curse.
When i Think of Onassis,i Think fatal opulence ☝️WE remain futile créatures subjected to pain and Destiny will Always Prevail ☝️Maktoob☝️Onassis 😢😢😢
Fabulous
Jackie ,what hVe u done after Onassis
What is wrong with Caroline's generation. It's all money money money there's not an ounce of sentiment there, it's just sell sell sell don't worry about keeping any of these properties to hand to the next generations. So sad when you think about the histories of some of those properties
Caroline has no use for Red Gate Farm as her children are now older and have moved on with their lives and careers. They have plenty, she does not need to keep funding this place. It wasnt her childhood home. Caroline is now in her 60's, time for her to downsize her holdings and it's none of your business.
What I don’t understand is why am did not marry the opera singer I forget her name. She was really beautiful and she truly loved him. Maria Callas I think was.
Ashevilles Biltmore Estate
Now, jackie's apartment was a thing of beauty, why did she marry him?I never could figure that out. They don't think it was money
Still in existence?
I'll never understand why the rooms of most of these mansions had such bland colors in them. Some had wallpaper, but most of them were white and beige. I just believe that old buildings should be brought back to their initial glory... I do think it's a shame that one of these buildings was demolished. We lose a piece of our history whenever that happens.
"The second time you marry for money ..." - JK
Do a show on Imelda Marcos.
Onasis was very rich, but "old money " it is not.
The Vanderbilts
Sad how she treated him . AND not to go to the Funeral!???? @ least did her kids go
There are many photos of Jackie and her children at his funeral. One with her walking arm and arm with his daughter.
Come, come, Jackie mourning.her.husband, charity, you must.jokeing She married for hisbmoney
I love my twin my dad
She was a vile creature taking herself super seriously and giving nothing to no one 😢
Jackie married Onassis for his money and apparently treated him horribly. But, he married her for social status.
No. She was not a romantic or naive at all, but she was very intelligent, cultured and beautiful shark who had a quick wit and sense of style.
She is the one who convinced New York City to NOT tear down Grand Central Terminal but to preserve and maintain the fabulous structure. Plus she played a large part in keeping Central Park natural yet add at least one playground for the children. NYC thinks of her quite fondly. So do I.

He treated her equally poorly.
@@stj971 all he could do that would have had the ability to make her even notice would have been to keep her from getting money. That would have jolted her icy demeanor and fired up a reaction of such magnitude the world would have rocked.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
She married for the millions she didn’t care for.
Onassis and they kicked her
Ass with 25 million in her pocket not bad
I’m 62 now, but growing up I never thought she was anything special . Melania Trump is beautiful! 😊
Malania has no class. She has a great stylist who she pays very well.

Melania destroyed the beautiful rose garden at the White House; say what you will about Jackie, she had class
❤
Wow❤
Onassis isn't old money, he's a self made....
He was old. And very weird
So you know what old money is??? It’s not Onassis money. 😂
Indeed she did seem to be consumed with luxury. The ridiculously exaggerated narration is full of verbosity and pompous expressions. Very very tedious
