    Good job. Exercise always helps our body. Before pregnancy, after pregnancy and post delivery but if you do regular exercise then only you can know the exact benefits of exercise.

    Pregnancy k 7th month s apka ghr ka kam start kre jharo poja, bhet k aata ghondna waghera without any heavy lifting, or jo muslims hain wo nimaz prhey 5 waqt ye best exercise hy normal delivery k lye... in case agr apka placenta previa hy matlb oval naal neche ki trf hy tou ap sirf rest kre.. ye sab exercise s behtr ghr ka kam hy 🥰🥰🥰🥰

    All these exercises will help in third trimester. But exercises must be done on yoga mat or firm surface. The rug u r doing is not safe at all. There are chances of slipping.

    After 30 th week of my pregnancy I did this work out regularly. It was really effective for me. Those exercises made me fresh and active in my pregnancy time.Thank you so much Dr. Alisha.😍 In my 37 th week I had my normal delivery too.😇

    All this wrong m doing lots of exercise home work for normal delivery but in last movement I had c section cozz of my pelvic area small
    So it's not compulsory that exercise is good for normal...is all depend ur age and pelvis area as it simple ...

    Hello ma'am my wife is pregnant of 9 month .she does all the exercise of third trimester..But today certainly she feel pain in her Abdomen...So we took doctors appointment...Doctor said that everything is okay ,there is nothing to worry..doctor prescribed one kind of pain killer ..so if she will feel pain again in her Abdomen, she can take the pain killer..my wife's delivery date is on 10th October..so can she do the third trimester exercise daily until her delivery???

    Hallo, thank you for the video.. I didn't understand your language, but I've been doing the exercise since 3 days ago.. How many times a day we should do that exercise? And should we repeat the count of each exercise? Or just do the same count as in the video?

      If you are not fatigue you can do this exercises twice a day. Start with 5 repetitions then as per your convenience you can increase it till 15 - 20 count.

      Start with 5 counts then gradually you can increase the count.
