    Thank you so much, I did this exercise 3 times this last months and I was overdue for 41 weeks and 2 days. Believe me I didn't have problem by pushing.
    First pregnancy was c-section and second natural delivery by God is grace , yesterday we got our baby girl

    Thanks a lot, this exercise help me a lot with my second pregnancy and it prepared my body for labour and after labour and am back for my third pregnancy., God bless you and if you are reading this remember that God loves you and he his closer than a friend.

    27 weeks pregogo , my back and whole body was aching sooo bad …was having serious headache , decided to just wander on RUclips , tried the exercise and every ache is gone …I feel so relaxed

    I have PCOS and I remember how l felt when the doctor toid me it would be hard for me to conceive I now have 4 children very successful pregnancies God blessed me with use of herbs!

      I also have PCOS and didn't use any herbs to conceive but I have two kids first by the use of metformin and the second a surprise currently pregnant with another surprise baby.

    Two years down the line...I did these exercises throughout my pregnancy and it sure did me good guys... I'm the big kind of girl but this really helped me... So thank you darling.

    Thank you for the great exercise!! Definitely got my blood pumping to the right extent and felt the burn in the right places!
    To the people that are struggling with this exercise: memorize the movements then take it at your own pace!! I paused the video a few times to just take some drinks of water and focus on my breathing and went back to it when I felt comfortable. 😊

    Those who are used to do such workouts it is better for them. Those who are not used to do such workouts..better to go for walking daily to keep u r health strong.

    My baby is nine month old when I was pregnant I followed ur all exercise it's really work my delivery was normal but when my friend heard I do this hard exercise they we're afraid me but I say do it if u want normal delivery

    The only risk part of this work out is the fist exercise, where they bend. This is a great workout you just have to take it at your own pace. The squats are the best part of this workout. The people who say this is too risky have no idea what they are saying

    This is an awesome workout. I don’t understand the hundreds of troll comments saying “omg it’s too risky!”. People saying that must be sitting in front of the tv stuffing their face with cakes. 😂 Stating active during pregnancy with modified exercises are good for mom and baby and will make labor easier.

      Refreshing это хорошо...а то что это опасно вы не думаете ??? То, что они берпменные дают такую нагрузку на матку и на организм вы не думаете?? и то что последствия могут быть самыми ужасными....?!!! Позволяется только плаванье.. легкая плавная гимнастика и ходьба! больше ходить ! а эти занятия могут только привести ужасным последствиям !!!

    Exercise is so important during pregnancy but I’ve been advised by physicians and fitness experts to totally avoid any ab or core or exercises be cause or the risk of abdominal muscular seperatation. I think if your a newbie to excercise like me- talk to a pre natal

    for those who have never worked out in your life, this is probably not the workout for you, If you are a regular, it should be okay but most importantly consult your doctor and see if it suits you .

      Reduce exercise at first trimester. Its not advisable.

    هدا الحركات الى دارتهم شي مرأة معمرها عملات الرياضة اكيد غدى الطيح وتسقط على بطنها ويمكن تقتل الخنين وكدلك من الممكن ان يسير لها نزيف داخلي.لا ينصح للمرأة الغير رياضية .يكفيها المشي في الشهور الاخيرة و اكل التمر جيدا

    نفس التمارين عادوها ٣ مرات...
    انصحكم تسوون هالتمارين بعد الشهر الثالث لأن الحمل ثبت خلاص واذا حسيتي بأي الم او عدم راحة في اي تمرين لا تسوينه لأن جسمك يعرف حدوده 👏🏻
    والمشي هو اسهل رياضة ممكن تستمرين عليها طول فترة حملك واشربي مويه كثير حتى لو ماكان اكلك صحي والله يسهل علينا كلنا 🥵

      و هل هاي التمارين تساعد على الولادة الطبيعية..انا في حملي الاول كنت بعمل رياضة للحوض بواسطة كرة جيمناستيك اخرتها ولدت قيصري هههههه

      من الاشياء اللي اعرف انها تجيب الطلق هي المشي الكثير
      امشي ساعتين او اكثر اذا تقدرين
      الجنس بعد يجيب الولادة.. واحيانا الاكل الحار اذا يلخبط لك بطنك اكليه عشان يحرك الطفل لتحت
      وفيه شاي يتكلمون عنه الاجانب كثير ويمدحونه اسمه

      يشربونه من بداية الشهر التاسع او الثامن.
      ولا تتخوفين من القيصري لأن الخيرة فيما اختاره الله واهم شي تكونين انتي وطفلك بخير بعد العملية.. دعواتي معاك ❤️❤️
