I have PCOS and I remember how l felt when the doctor toid me it would be hard for me to conceive I now have 4 children very successful pregnancies God blessed me with use of herbs!
I also have PCOS and didn't use any herbs to conceive but I have two kids first by the use of metformin and the second a surprise currently pregnant with another surprise baby.

Two years down the line...I did these exercises throughout my pregnancy and it sure did me good guys... I'm the big kind of girl but this really helped me... So thank you darling.
Thank you for the great exercise!! Definitely got my blood pumping to the right extent and felt the burn in the right places! To the people that are struggling with this exercise: memorize the movements then take it at your own pace!! I paused the video a few times to just take some drinks of water and focus on my breathing and went back to it when I felt comfortable. 😊

The only risk part of this work out is the fist exercise, where they bend. This is a great workout you just have to take it at your own pace. The squats are the best part of this workout. The people who say this is too risky have no idea what they are saying
This is an awesome workout. I don’t understand the hundreds of troll comments saying “omg it’s too risky!”. People saying that must be sitting in front of the tv stuffing their face with cakes. 😂 Stating active during pregnancy with modified exercises are good for mom and baby and will make labor easier.
Some of us have autoimmune issues or are maybe high risk looking for something a little bit safer. Don't assume it is just because they're lazy and stuffing their face.

Exercise is so important during pregnancy but I’ve been advised by physicians and fitness experts to totally avoid any ab or core or exercises be cause or the risk of abdominal muscular seperatation. I think if your a newbie to excercise like me- talk to a pre natal Expert

هدا الحركات الى دارتهم شي مرأة معمرها عملات الرياضة اكيد غدى الطيح وتسقط على بطنها ويمكن تقتل الخنين وكدلك من الممكن ان يسير لها نزيف داخلي.لا ينصح للمرأة الغير رياضية .يكفيها المشي في الشهور الاخيرة و اكل التمر جيدا

والمشي هو اسهل رياضة ممكن تستمرين عليها طول فترة حملك واشربي مويه كثير حتى لو ماكان اكلك صحي والله يسهل علينا كلنا 🥵
و هل هاي التمارين تساعد على الولادة الطبيعية..انا في حملي الاول كنت بعمل رياضة للحوض بواسطة كرة جيمناستيك اخرتها ولدت قيصري هههههه

الجنس بعد يجيب الولادة.. واحيانا الاكل الحار اذا يلخبط لك بطنك اكليه عشان يحرك الطفل لتحت
وفيه شاي يتكلمون عنه الاجانب كثير ويمدحونه اسمه
