In observing, the observer and the observed are understood.
In observing the mind, mind loses its capacity to pull you around in a million directions. The entire mental process no longer happens unconsciously.
By the simple “act” of pure observing, the belief you have in the projections of mind loosens up and gradually fades, along with your identification of being the thinker of the thoughts.
In today’s video you will learn how to observe without reacting to what you are observing. You will learn how to observe even the subtle reaction that arises to the mind(which is also just mind) and no longer identify with it.

You have such a big heart
I had an epiphany while listening to this. I've sacrificed much of my material world because I am so intent on becoming aware. However, I'm realizing now that to become aware isn't to withdraw from all things that appear outside of me, but to be inclusive of them because they are parts of me. Introducing love to that which appears separate is the unifying catalyst, versus pushing away that which appears seperate. But even that which I see as separate has served me in this realization and is thus part of me/awareness.

One thing I wonder about with the illusion of thoughts. What are intuitions? When I move to the heart I seem to just know things and there is no thoughts initially but my thoughts try to understand this intuition. I’ve practice hard not to engage thoughts but i wonder about what thought to use when you have to respond in the sense world. It seems all thoughts are illusion and we only create them by sending energy into them. Like they are just possible answers? Anyway it’s definitely a practice!

Thats the problem. I can't observe. Even if i try. I always get caught.. I think I AM those thoughts. And the observer becomes just another thought. And i should observe that too ofc.. aaah. What a mess man..

Hey Sunny! Many Thanks. I don't understand how this works out for me. When I change to observe, then the Thinking stops. How can I observe the thinking? It is the same for me in a conversation. As soon as I switch my attention to the subject, I no longer notice the conversation and I don't function in the world. As if I can be with the attention to a point. And when I am in the content of the thoughts, I cannot observe them at the same time. How does that work exactly?
To observe the thoughts would it be helpful to see myself in third person?
Can you talk more about how you go from maintaining this observer state to fine-tuning your thoughts and emotions to manifest what you want?
Yeah, the trouble Im having is separating myself from my emotions. The thoughts are easier to separate from
Hahahaha, easy: you polish (fine-tune) by FOCUSING ONLY on the thought that MAKES YOU and this
are the key words, FEEL GOOD, 🤣🤦♂️🤣...meaning, laughing, joy, exitment, easy, calmness , having fun; sometimes, complaining, venting, munching etc, etc (complaining and venting, plus all the other "negative emotions" you keep them at a minimum, just to the point of venting , once that's over, you let them go, cuz you're not going to continue those ones since they will make you miserable which another "negative emotion" if/when you do, since they are NOT the state of being from your inner self( your inner being being ONLY the positive ones) 🤣🤦♂️🤣, yet they serve the purpose I mentioned above & about to say again; thus, the...JUST to the point of venting I mentioned above since you're still intnhis flesh"from this world"...as long as it(they) makes you FEEL good, whatever those emotions are(mainly the positive ones), at the present time & you feel are/is the right one(s) to have, have it(express it) cuz that's what the universe hears(LISTENS TO!!!) , not your words, MUCH LESS you actions 🤣🤦♂️🤣...that's how you will prolong the state of your inner being which is who you truly are(which is being happy) , which by default, will bring to manifestation that which you really want, which simply is the "cherry on top", 🤣🤦♂️🤣 listen to Abraham hicks and you'll see what I'm talking about, she's the REAL shit 🤣🤦♂️🤣...😁✌

Are the thoughts that is entering my mind true? I am talking about esp and visions like stuff like that. have been having all kinds of negative things because of abuse in the past. Observe all phenomena and recognize yourself(the observer) as separate from it. See if there is any objective quality to what you call "I."
What about. Adutry thoughts. It not easy not thinking about it that's it. Some people help me 🙄🙏😢
