How to Forage Wood Sorrel to Make Sorrelade 🍋‍🟩

Sorrel is like wild lime, it's sour and delicious.
Foraged Sorrel Limeade Recipe
☘️ Fill a jar full of wood sorrel
🧁 Add 1/2 cup of sugar
💦 Fill with water and shake
☀️ Set in the sun for 3+ hours
🥶 Refrigerate for 2 hours
🧊 Serve over ice and enjoy

Nice video and all, just not very instructive 😅. I've learned its doable, and what the steps are. I didn't see any measurments, timing and I think I missed the lime?
