  • Honey Locust Pods = Sugar + Flour! 🍯🌿 Grind them into a naturally sweet flour.
    Honey Locust Sugar Flour Steps
    ~ Wash Honey Locust pods
    ~ Seperate seeds
    ~ Dehydrate Pods in oven @170°F for at least 8 hours
    ~ Grind to a powder in a Vitamix Dry Container or something similar
    ~ Filter powder through a fine mesh to remove cruft
    ~ Jar and enjoy for future baking :)
