Ingredients
Cut up chicken or wings (washed and cleaned in vinegar and water)
Seasonings
1/4 cup Curry Powder
1/2 Lg. Lime
1 Tbsp. Garlic Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Turmeric Powder
1/2 med. Onion
1 Celery Stalk
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp. Thyme
1/2 Med. Bell Pepper
1/2 Tbsp. Ginger
1/4 cup Water
White Rice
4 cups Rice
5 cups water
1/2 stick Butter or margarine
Warming Corn
2 cups frozen Loose Corn
1/4 stick Butter or Margarine
Dash Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 water
* could also be served with Fried Plantains, Cole Slaw or steamed vegetables.
