Mystic Warriors, A Retrospective

Mystic Warriors was a run and gun game in a very similar vein to Sunset Riders from Konami, but was it just as good? Of course it was, it was a freakin awesome game and loads of fun, sadly most of my memories of it were from a drunken state during the Euro 96 tournament, which explains how I had completely forgot the name of the game......

Great memories! Looks like a Shinobi type game on steroids but unfortunately I never came across it in the wild. My drunk bar game of choice was Atari's Roadblasters and I'm pretty sure I wasn't even old enough to drive at the time, never mind drink ;-) Keep up the awesome work!

I think I would need to be drunk to play RoadBlasters, that's an absolutely terrible game IMO

Wish I could enjoy the review but your accent is a bit too much for me to understand you. Also the recorded footage quality is hideous, like it's almost bleached. Like you did got the switch or PS4 rerelease version which is arcade perfect for this review, did ya?

Sorry about that. I am sorry my Scottish accent is a bit thick I cant really do anything about that. The footage does seem a little oversaturated, I only discovered this once it had been recorded as it played just fine on MAME. I will take your comments on board and will try and make improvements where I can.
