It's a crime that this channel doesn't have more subs, because it really should.
I don't know if this will be a viable suggestion, but maybe one way that might help you gain a larger audience would be to include Mandarin subtitles?
Could I use Miso instead of the salted Soy Beans if I can't find them?

Fantastic video! I also got some good recipes for the steamed cod fillet. Rub the fish body with salt and chili seeds, then steam with a slice of ginger for 10 minutes. Once finished, put diced spring onion with some chopped garlic, remove the piece of ginger and put some Sichuan chili on the top, a spoon of soy sauce, also put some peppercorn. In the end, pour some boiling oil. Tell me your feeling once you done. 类似麻辣鱼
