Love this. My favorite era of the Dead was 70-72 or so...when Bobby wanted to be in a cowboy band. Saw Dwight at the Houston rodeo years ago. Such a fantastic country & western artist. Love this...especially how Dwight couldn’t stay still.

Fun song. I might have changed the sound mix a little. Maybe it's just me, I haven't had coffee yet this am 🙂 - it was kind of hard to hear Bob's words and picking stacked up with Dwight's back-up. I could barely make out Bob's picking when he took his turn. They might benefit from a strong bluegrass style lead flatpicker, or ask David Grisman if he can fill in. Good work, would like to hear more.

I’d like to hear Dwight do some songs with Sturgill Simpson. They share an adventurous creative style not common in country music, they are both originally from Kentucky, and they both crush it when playing Bluegrass music. Dwight’s songs with Ralph Stanley are kick ass. Sturgill’s Cuttin’ Grass albums’ kick ass.
Dwight brings it every time! Even for a radio show! I saw him in El Lay when he was starting out--early 90's. He had a cold, apologized he wasn't in top form. Seriously?! You could not tell he was anything other than in top form. What a pro, and what a gracious performer, giving support to up-and-comers, and props to the remaining legends. Nice! I would like to see Dwight interview and sing with rock n roll legend, Eric Burdon who is supposedly one of the best white men blues/rock singers of all time. Burdon was the leader of The Animals and sang House of the Rising Son. He still performs at age 78 and lives in CA.

Nice! I would like to see Dwight interview and sing with rock n roll legend, Eric Burdon who is supposedly one of the best white men blues/rock singers of all time. Burdon was the leader of The Animals and sang House of the Rising Son. He still performs at age 78 and lives in CA.
