I've been looking for a good protective hairstyle in addition to my box braids I workout alot so needs to allow my scalp to breathe and be cleansed this looks perfect the only problem is I can't cornrow or braid to scalp will have to find other alternative to secure my hair down you're hair always looks so pretty Lia.

Hi there! I love your videos! Really like this review. Question, when you get the hair wet in pool, sea, etc. do you wash with shampoo or rinse under shower or let it air dry as is?
In another reply she said that she rinses her real hair after going in any type of water, shampoos the crochet hair, and blow dries it. Also, in each hair review she tells us how she maintained that specific hair and which product worked best for preventing tangles (usually Hawaiian Silky 14-in-1, etc)

No, simply because there are so many hair I haven’t tried yet that I don’t think I’m in the re-try phase of my journey yet. I think deep twist and this hair are the only two I’ve retried in these last 7 years.

Crochet hair no matter the brand or hair type is beach friendly in my opinion. If the hair becomes a tangled mess after the water situation then cut out that crochet hair and add in new hair on that same braid pattern..... I dunno that's just me. Once again loving this hair on you Lia ❤

These are all water friendly FACTS. She hasn't ever steered me wrong. Fresh water, chlorine pool, nor salty ocean have anything in these .

I use the rubber band method. I saw a tutorial on RUclips and it lasted for about 6-8 weeks. I can't cornrow either

I do yes. I swim at least 3 times a week. Washing is no issues unless uou leave it for too long.
