Hey Lia, great job! 👍🏼 ❤Insider hair styler tip: to lift dark brown hair to more than four levels, you need to first lift it to a red with a box dye colour shade red. You only need to leave it on for 15-20 minutes to lift it to a red. Do not get alarmed if it goes to a light red. Then rinse out and dry it and apply your chosen lighter colour. And it will lift it to 2 levels or more lighter. You need to strand check from time to time to see what colour level develops by wiping it, then reapply more dye on that strand, if it's not light enough. Rinse out, condition and dry. If it has too much of an orangey shade, you can apply a toner to neutralise it. Then rinse out, condition, dry and voilà!!! 😅😊

Lia, the hair is pretty. As a crochet hair girly (thanks to you) I have always wanted to try human hair crochet but don’t like the elastic bands. Do you think it would be possible to use regular crochet same type as the human hair in the front to hide the elastic if one’s natural hair is not the same texture as the human hair?
Hey Lia, I haven't tried it myself but I was thinking that perhaps if you use the same method as you would with a v part wig, you might be able to do an install without a leave out. That is you braid/cornrow on the two sides of your part and then crochet hair through from the neighboring braid through the braid on each side of the part. (I'm not sure if that makes sense). I can't remember what this technique is called but I've seen a few youtubers do it with the v part wig - no leave out.
May you please give us the hair type of the water curl? You mentioned the others one was 3A and the other was 3 C / 48 you didn't mention the hair type of the water curl. Is it a tighter or kinky or curled in a bohemian? Thank you

Ok, thanks! I actually tracked down a few packs of the water curl and the bohemian that I’m still waiting on. So far I really like the hair and bleached/colored mine too. The dye took forever, but it came out nice in the end. I look forward to your week-to-week review of this hair.
It’s okay but not my taste. I can’t see myself purchasing human hair at those prices when the type of styles nowadays are amazing including the fabulous colors. I’ll check out your review on this hair. Thanks Lia❤
