The lyrics proved very difficult to make out, so very special thanks to Val, ‪@doodelli‬, ‪@nikosaurus4238‬, Hannah Storm herself, and everyone who helped make out the lyrics!
The lyrics (which were evidently adapted from the English version, instead of using the Japanese lyrics) stuck so closely to the English lyrics that in many passages the result doesn't make much sense.
Title: Storm av sang (Storm of song)

Just read that a Swedish guy made the music for half the songs in this film, apparently he's an award-winning musician in Japan, Ludvig Forssell. He wrote the lyrics for most of the songs in the English versions as well, in addition to the composition

Wow how interesting that Norway (and Poland) got the movie dubbed with even the songs sung in their language. When I saw that there were the English and French versions I assumed it was because they are big markets for anime movies and they wanted to promote it a lot there also with the release of the songs, but other big countries like Italy and Spain didn't, and even Norway's bigger neighbour Sweden didn't get it. I guess the companies in each country saw a different level of potential in this movie, which can almost have the appeal of a Disney princess movie. I'm from Italy and I'm happy to hear the subbed original Japanese songs in anime movies, but now that I see other countries got their own beautifully sung songs, I kinda feel left out haha!

To be honest, this is kinda weird because Norwegian rarely dub these kind of songs and seeing it as an official soundtrack, it's kinda weird for me. I thought Spanish or Italian will have an official version of this but no.... so shocking

Yeah, it's so unusual to have a soundtrack release of a Norwegian dubbing (of anime for adults, of all things!). Not sure why Sony decided to produce a Norwegian dubbing and have a soundtrack released as well

      Il cuore sente una canzone
Nel profondo in me è l'armonia
      Libera il fardello e volerai
      Tu volerai
Come un tremore in me, è forte, sì
E non posso andare senza ti qui
      Semplicemente non andrà via
Rimarrò forte qualunque cosa possa venire
      Non mi interessa più
      Ma quando saprò?
      Come lontano andrò? Lo raggiungerò?
Il vento e le nuvole sono qui
Per trovarmi e per lasciarmi solo qui
La guida al cammino è lontano
      Lo lascerò andare
La melodia nel vento mescolando in me

    • @FeliciaGoldfire
      @FeliciaGoldfire 2 года назад
